Josh, the acquisitions did a job, great, lets stop there and get back to what we were floated and funded to do, sell black box IP. Not my words, the words of SA.

On Dec 10th 2024 on page 24 FY25 proforma synergies were expected to be £0.6m, that was up to 30 June 25. I have been involved in two buyouts, I know how this works, I’m not saying you wont see more synergies going forward, but with what is in the public domain and how we were sold them, so far they have been a failure. I just dont want the BOD to take unnecessary risks when they aren’t needed. All I am saying is, let's see proof of success on the first two.

Regarding the spat between TW & Elric, I have no interest in it, they are both big boys let them do what they do.

Letitrun, I understand why he did the acquisitions, I don’t think they were particularly good and the funding on Derma was abysmal, but I do get it. My gripe is, no more going forward, they have served their purpose.

£100m in sales to Croda will make very little difference to their share price, but the £10m cash sbtx would receive will fly me to the moon. That’s why I’m buying more. It’s all about Croda. Unless of course we get a wound care deal with Smith & Nephew, then it will be about Croda & Smith & Nephew.

Aquae, I agree with your thoughts on sweating and R&D.

My logic is sound, I have put sbtx into two boxes, (i)Croda, (ii)the rest of the business. I am in it for Croda. If management continue to turn £1 into 70p through acquisitions I just have to live with that. The management have no control over Croda, ergo if they decide to carry on, it is an inconvenience but not enough for me to stop buying at these levels on the back of Croda.

Beluga, it's not difficult. I believe Croda will be very successful and it will generate a great deal of straight to the bottom line cash. I dont want the BOD turning every £1 from Croda in to (for eg) 70p due to poor acquisitions. We dont need anymore acquisitions at this point.

As and when the acquisitions they have bought (as insurance) have proven to be successful, then they can carry on, until then, I dont want this vanity project to continue.

You see, saying things like “I'm very happy with the acquisitions” doesnt cut it for me. They have performed woefully and now we are spending more money from the fund raise on BTS. Fooking bubblegum machines, it's like an addiction.

I remember SA doing an interview with TW and he said two things that have stuck with me, “we were floated and funded as a B2B” and "we dont want to get into manufacturing” guess what, we are now a B2C and we are into manufacturing, this is not what I invested in.

The growing numbers on the board who are tired of my comms are free to filter me, I suggest you start the ball rolling.

Let me spell this out and make it crystal clear. I am not invested in the BOD, I was, but not anymore. My focus is on Croda, if the BOD stop with this acquisition nonsense, that could change, until then, I'm not interested. SA knows how I feel about the acquisitions, I have told him on many occasions, I also gave him fair warning on what I was going to do.

You prattle on about £75k being wasted, look at Ashman's wages, look at what Manprit was on, look at the poor funding on Derma and dilution for the acquisitions, look at the £4m just raised, we have paid for more coke and Ukrainian ladies for city boys than than most companies on AIM in the recent past.

Just because I have bought more doesnt mean I will sell my soul just keep muppets like you happy.

Rob, as Bazza points out they were an insurance policy, we don’t need to add to the insurance, its done its job.

We need to focus on what we were floated and funded for, selling our IP (blackbox tech). I haven’t got a problem with them sweating the acquisitions and backing our IP into existing products, fill ya boots, but no more. If he wants to go shopping, bolt stuff on in a few years time when Croda is flying and we have other IP deals, now isn’t the time. Cath and SA got the Croda deal, since then nothing.

Oldscool, I dont know how long you have been invested, I dont know how much you have invested, I dont know if you have had any conversations with the CEO. You have invested and you are sitting back, thats great and good luck too you, I certainly wouldn't criticise that for the reasons I state above, I dont have any information.

For the reasons I state above I dont think its very smart to criticise investors that you know nothing about, you call me a keyboard warrior, no problem, Ashman has called me an activist, a crazed lunatic, he’s questioned if I even own shares, he is also free to do that.

In that spirit, I am free to question when I have been lied too and fed bullshyte, I am free to question poor financing deals, I am free to question acquisitions, I am free to question missed timelines, I am free to question £4m fund raises when I dont know what the money is being used for, I am free to question the strategy going forward, etc, etc. I am free to question all of those things and many more, and I will continue to do so.

It's not about justifying the investment, it's about holding the BOD to account, I own part of this company, it is my right to ask questions.

Now on to your post 22:23. The IMC SA references in the rns 5/12 does not mention the Interims. It was a reference to a wider team discussion regarding FY results.
