Aquae, I think in the main we are on the same page. I would just like to make the point in my defence, that the reason I find myself repeating myself, is due to the fact some choose to gloss over/defend/forget previous decisions of the BOD, it’s kind of a course and effect situation. I will stop repeating, when certain commentators/investors stop defending past indiscretions.

R55, thank you. I agree we certainly need a change of direction, what that is made up of we will have to wait and see, but we need something. To only have one deal since float which was a Cath/SA team effort is poor, as you say MN’s mentioned multiple times over the years yet nothing.

Firstly, I am one of the bitter old guard (as you put it), the problem is, I am neither bitter or old, what I am, is a long term, loyal investor that has become despondent with the way the company is being run. You are also wrong when you say new investors are only here for Zenakine, implying the old guard are here for something else, I am only here for Zenakine, in fact when us old guard invested, that’s all we had. We have stayed loyal all the way through, even when we where told to expect initial royalties in 2021 which never arrived until 2025.

You see, my main point is this, I don’t want to see, your new investor money wasted on further acquisitions (small fry), I’m actually doing you a service, you just can’t see it. You say Superdrug is just small fry, I would agree, but that small fry has diluted you by another 10%. I don’t know if you understand that, but it’s not good.

One last point, since day one you have been filtering people and yet here you are still complaining, I suggest you contact LSE and ask them to see if your filter tab is actually working. It’s a discussion board, you may not like the discussion, but unfortunately for you, thats what it is.

Oldscool, I agree, I dont believe for one minute that the £4m is for SD.

I will be watching closely at the levels and use of cash, if there is a whiff of any of it being used for acquisitions they will be spending another imaginary £75k on answering questions from the regulators.

Oldscool, the rns states it is for the Superdrug launch and for next generation capsule and bubblegum. It also states that it is not for working capital, if it is for acquisitions it should be stated.

You suggest if investors believe that, they are gullible, are you suggesting that the company lied in the rns? That would constitute a serious breach of regulations, constituting misrepresentation of funds or fraud.

Good point Aquae, I agree the SD launch should be a realistic target, it will be interesting to see what is in the current trading and outlook section of the HY results.

ox, I am here for Zenakine, if SD hasn’t sold one box, it will make no difference to my position. I do believe Axis could have a great future, but the way it's been handled so far is extremely disappointing.

They recommend 56 days! I cannot fathom for the life of me why on launch there wasn’t an introductory 2 for 1 offer to give it a fair chance of succeeding. This isn't a hindsight comment, I told the company before launch, several times, it needed to be done. I dont know what percentage of people it starts to work on in four weeks but we have basically lost every single customer that it takes longer than 28 days to work on.

I have taken Axis for years now and it is a superb product, four and five stars on Trustpilot equate to 83%. It works, but it needs a fighting chance.

I have said it before and I will say it again.

Start a 2 for 1 promotional offer asap.

Pay for end caps or eye level shelving.

Get someone in to sort social media/marketing.

Understand where you are both coming from, the small things do matter but we do have bigger issues. I think after four months on the shelves and a £4m fundraise we should have had an update on initial uptake. I think the fact that we haven’t speaks volumes. With the information in the public domain, i.e. bottom shelves, no reviews, you have to conclude SD so far has flopped, in relation to the dilution it has cost. The jury is out.

This brings me back to my point, let's not waste anymore money on empire building before we have conformation the dilution thus far has been worth it.

Mad, one of managements jobs is to hit timelines, if you dont, questions get asked, thats normal. I appreciate SA put a caveat on this timeline and they will land when they land, but you have to understand this is a combination of events.

We will do an IMC, then they dont, SA says we have had a bumper start and we would have smashed the number out the water, excellent, at that point, when you make that statement you should issue a TU giving investors an idea of numbers on how H1 has started.

Regarding pulling the shutters down, they already are and its not a good look. If you keep missing dates you will get lambasted. Even Elric has told him, repeatedly, to stop planting landmines.

Josh, I have stated many many times, that I understand why the acquisitions were done and whilst not happy about them, it was needed.

I would have much preferred a cost cutting exercise, for eg, we didn’t need an FD on £250k per year, we could have done far better with Axis, we should have had at least one more IP deal with an upfront, but thats all by the by, its done. My biggest beef is the fact that now we know Croda has landed they still insist on this vanity program of empire building, it's just a nonsense. Mistakes have been made, it happens, but to carry on is just stupidity of the highest order.

Sell our IP, we have done zero deals since Croda, it is not good enough!

Outlook

Having successfully completed the human safety study and subsequently executed a commercial ingredient and manufacturing agreement with Croda, the Company will focus on its identified five core areas over the course of 2020 as well as seeking further commercialisation opportunities.

The successful completion of the human safety study for the SkinBiotix® technology was an important milestone this year. The quality of the scientific data and the readout from the study have proved to be prerequisites to reaching agreement with Croda. The project will commence in early 2020 and supporting its progress will be an important ongoing activity for SkinBioTherapeutics.

Next in development will be the progression of the eczema programme as a medical device, following the preliminary regulatory assessment. This will continue to be a significant workstream in 2020 as will the commencement of the psoriasis programme, something the Company expects to be able to announce further progress on early in the new year. The Company will also explore additional application areas in fields that include woundcare, skincare, healthcare acquired infections (HAI) and surface cleaning.

Strong progress has been made this year across the business and the Board and management team are optimistic for the outlook in 2020.

Aquae, I dont want growth through dilution, what’s the point of that. As you say, Axis flopped (even though its a great product), Croda 4-5 years late and as you mentioned the other day Modi has been disappointing, but you are putting that down to Modi. On that last point, I'm interested to know, if SD fails after raising £4m would you say that is down to SD or the BOD?

Let's hope MD’s opinion is on the money. The other areas of concern you mention I agree with.

Say what you will, use all the excuses you want, defend as much as you like, what cant speak cant lie, the share price performance has been disastrous and if investors wish to criticise, thats up to them.

Pomp, I find it hilarious when people cherry pick data to confirm an argument. Well try this data cherry pick. This time in Jan 2021 the share price was 40p so its down 50% in five years.

I think that performance deserves to be criticised if investors so wish.

Atlantic, yes it was foolish to promise an IMC and not do it. The only thing I can think of is they will get results out in the next couple of weeks and didn't want to double up, which is understandable, but if that is the case they should have rns' that and explained the reasoning.

Atlantic, the TR1 is your answer and looks like he is still buying today. I have to say, I am baffled as to why he is building such a large position.
