Bazza, yes I await news on how SD is performing, by the time the HY comes out we may get a gauge on initial sales, although from when it launched if its three months in arrears it will be a longer wait. Only here for Croda and very happy with initial royalties.

Shy, we don’t see any point in going to the AGM as the main events have been removed, for whatever reason. The plan is to follow the money. If the resolutions were pulled because the voting wasn’t looking good, I’m sure an EGM will follow. If that is the case we will 100% support it. If not, it will just be a case of sit back, wait for Croda and just hope not too much damage is done with more acquisitions.

Bazza, time will tell. The problem is when you do those types of interviews they have to be honest and I dont believe that one was. For whatever reason Elric seems comfortable with the narrative and backing his man, I believe that will come back to bite him. The evidence is in plain sight but its down to each individual to see what they wish to see.

Net, yes the guidance of £6.2m will include Zenakine.

The fact of the matter is the acquisitions have failed miserably compared to what they expected and they are doing everything they can to hide that fact. It is a fact because the £500k def con wasn’t paid and revenue for both companies combined was just £3.6m.

Zenakine will bail the BOD out but the failings are in plain sight. The company should do the following:

1, No more acquisitions.

2, Start a share buyback program immediately.

3, Forget about buying bubblegum machines and focus on selling our IP.

4, The BOD should buy a meaning full amount of shares ASAP.

Bazza, guidance at £6.2m has to be wrong. FY25 was guided at £6.3m back in 2024, take a look at page 20 in the Oct IMC, it says the following.

Derma £2.9m

BTS£3.0m

Axis £0.4m

Group turnover potentially £6.3mill (without Croda, AxisBiotix Ac or any further JDA’s ) (page 19)

So FY26 I will calculate as follows, I will leave Derma, BTS, and Axis-Ps at FY25 numbers.

Derma £2.9m

BTS £3.0m

Axis £0.4m

Missed FY25 orders £700k

Superdrug £200k (inc Axis-Ac)

Croda £1m (I think it will be a lot more than that)

Total £8.2m

It is absolutely impossible that FY26 forecast is correct or even close to correct. Now, I admit we now have this “they need time to bed in” nonsense, but even so I have attributed zero growth to both companies and Axis in house.

Then we have his comments from last week:

“Had the YE come three weeks later we would have hit that number”

“If it had come four, five or six weeks later, we would have smashed it too pieces”

“Had a huge bumper start to the year”

“Im very pleased with both acquisitions”

“Ultimately we would have hit the £5.3m and a lot more and if you stick Croda on top of that, we would have smashed the number out the water”

Mad, I own considerably more shares than the whole of the BOD combined, am I allowed to raise what I feel are legitimate concerns. Or does that make me a hater and an amateur?

It certainly doesnt look like a rational thing to do, the only logical explanation is that the votes didn’t look good and they have had to take action. My guess is they are buying time until the HY results and if they do smash it out the park they are hoping all will be forgiven.

Bazza, dont be so sure, only 5% required for an EGM. With this AGM revelation this morning, lets wait and see!

I think it's time for the BOD to have a serious look inside. If you look back on what has happened there is one common denominator.

SA said in the interview last week, £75k spent on legal fees & 50% of his time dealing with these issues, staff getting abused, city folk saying they had never seen such activism, investors contacting Croda & Superdrug, 100s of questions coming in, etc, etc. As an intelligent person, would you not sit back and reflect, why are there so many issues and complaints? Why are there so many unhappy investors?

At the end of the day, we are at 13.625p in December 2025, not because of TW, not because of activist investors talking the stock down, not because SOH is selling, or any other reason SA wants to point too, we are here because of the actions of the BOD.

You can do as many fluff interviews as you wish, until you fix the root cause, nothing will change.
