The following is in the agreement:

"To the extent that any of the above conditions, including those already in place, are not met and/or adhered to by Premier, Canmax will retain the right to immediately exercise all of its rights, powers and discretions under the Amended Agreement."

How long will they continue to overlook the failure to deliver and trigger the production agreement?

Canmax will extend, probably another 6 months. Personally I am not worried about that. I more worried about the plant actually working full time and consistently delivering good grades. Also the export licence is an issue. But I reckon the Zimb government will be more incentivised by potential sales and revenue, if the plant can prove to do what it is meant to do. July-August will be more interesting than June.

Obviously optimisation will continue in that timeframe,

The need for an extension is a possibility, it would be silly to think it isn’t a possibility, whilst you will come back with ‘what if Canmax don’t extend’,

At no point has Canmax looked to end its involvement suddenly.

Irrespective, PREM, Zulu and Graham have done a great job to get to this point, many (probably including your split personality) said it wasn’t possible, yet here it is, new plant installed, commissioned and now optimising, using plant that is tried and tested.

The only thing that can get in the way is the need for funding, this isn’t a surprise to anyone.

I think you had better whisper to Graham that the company has yet to secure an export quota,an important part of the jigsaw if he wants Zulu to make money.
