Why would Suay Chin be selling all their holding in an orderly manner now before production?

If they held a few more months then they could be selling with the share price higher!

Is this an agreement with Hainan in the background?

If Hainan had confidence on this project the why would the not just take the lot off Hainan in one go and own even more of a percentage?

All answers welcome apart from Lav please unless you're being sensible...

Matt if Hainan do a buyout and don't do anything in the future with Kodal, ie Fatou or another, what will they do with their shares in Kodal?

Is that going to be a surprise and another foot stomping event?

Badomen general a mixture of the two if it hits x sell out. Target a particular time to sell out however companies evolve.

All written earlier by Kodal, but initially we were developing and selling Goldfields to purchase a lithium mine if all went well. So it would have been gold then lithium.

It has turned around and now it is lithium then gold.

You have to move with the company changes, simple enough.

Out of interest Lav how do you choose your sell point? I’ve always chosen a price to sell at, do you prefer to sell at a particular milestone achieved by a company? Always interesting to hear other people’s approach to investing
