A Stage 2 Flotation plant is planned in future years to process the finer-grained resources within the Bougouni deposit, recycled from the DMS site plant.

@Albatross747 also very importantly the next stage of work to the Boumou prospect will include further drilling, metallurgical testing and geotechnical assessment to allow the team to develop a mining plan.

In addition, we are completing an update to the previously approved Environmental and Social Impact Assessment ("ESIA") due to the enlargement of this prospect area. We expect to undertake this work throughout 2026 with the aim of completing the Feasibility Assessment and Investment Decision by the end of 2026.

The old chestnut from the negative feedback loop posters was not understanding left-over tailings from a Dense Media Separation (DMS) plant as feedstock for a flotation circuit is a highly profitable strategy. DMS tailings typically contain fine-grained or unliberated spodumene that was too small or too light for gravity separation, making flotation the ideal process to capture this remaining lithium. Hence Bougouni open pit mine tailings waste from stage 1 production will be recirculated for stage 2, plenty of tons of feedstock.

@Lorcun Kodal Minerals has overhangs to its share price. There's uncertainty with the mine jurisdiction, geopolitical events. Arbitration uncertainty although the outcome explicitly favourable from Kodal side. Also as elcobbledore stated JV 32% revenue paid in dividends to KMUK via LMLB. With this notion by EOY Kodal could be in a position to leverage its lithium tons from Stage 2 production in a financial package. This could possibly free up Hainan to start paying dividends to KMUK if Kodal majority funding outside of the LMLB revenue streams for stage 1, in that scenario the company would rerate freely unhinged.

Next 6 to 9 months will be a game changer for Kodal. Long mine life, bimonthly revenues, volatile prices that have the potential to step up to 3000UST EOY 26.

Optimistic on 250k revenue, 33% Kodal 30 mil GBP per annum turnover of Stage 1 production. Also think as other posters have suggested (RNS on a acquisition).

New WA lithium tenaments is clearly on Kodal radar .

The only point to add on pricing, the final price is set at Hainan 3 months at sea, concludes on the 5%, Bernard Aylward hasn't broken down the maths for the pricing formula but it certainly helps presently with a fast downside with Volatility with spod prices.

Until September accounts (RNS) it's a moot point!

Cowboi if there is one thing the first three shipments has taught me, it is that trying to guess the exact value of the next shipment is a fools errand.

For instance, it isl likely that the final value of the third shipment will be c38m dollars. So already above the 1800 you estimate for the fourth one.

The simple fact is that nobody knows the exact price calculation in the offtake agreement, so it better to just wait and see, knowing that it will be highly profitable.

Yuck me. @Cowboi why don't you discuss with Lee Bruce as I am sure he would be posting today. Your narrative on production, pricing, percentages will go hand in hand with his train of thought, interesting!!

Another takeaway from relistening to the AGM ..

Spodumene prices, since first production, offsets startup running costs with DMS plant. Interestingly as Bernard Aylward reiterated at the AGM increased spodumene prices due to volatile supply and demand dynamics outstrips the mechanics of the grade, quality of the feedstock due to Hainan operations. Stage 2 with flotation is the time for higher recoveries. Obviously most informed investors realise this when spodumene above 2000UST, grade basically pales into insignificance at those fabulous near term profits. LMLB, starts sending over dividends Kodal 3 pence!!
