AbjectPerformer - Depends what you deem as 'recent'. I've began trading Dec 22 - I invested in BT in early 2023, sold out for profit and then dived back in again in late 2023 but... this time around I significantly increased my holdings with many tranches using £ cost averaging + yep I'm still buying, I've not dropped a single share - I said early on this year I saw BT hitting the £1.60-65p mark and with recent announcements by AK at that level an investors ROI is equivalent to 4.8-5% from the Divi alone, so yep I think it'll easily hit that price point, perhaps a little beyond it too.

Not uncommon for a NED to get the Chairperson or House broker approval, before buying shares, to ensure proper clearance approval

A NED being non-executive would have less access to any key financials

They can also place a forward dated order with a broker before any cut off dates if necessary

The close period for FY results in normally 60 days, interims 30 days

AKO trimmed their short position on Fri 17th, they'll be nursing big losses as mentioned by others on here! Only way they can claw that back is if the SP drops down sharply. I'm sure many here will enjoy squeezing them some more 'til they fully close out! 🔥🔥🔥
