Ionica - Agree with your take. Yep, SSP owns the TFS stock but as you rightly point out the figure is only realised upon sale and because TFS is listed the equity value cannot be counted twice. It is, as you explained, counted within the total listed valuation (changes daily) on the Indian stock exchange.
Agree, special divi (following TFS tranches being sold down) appears the route which would make the most logical sense me. Hence why I'm content to keep on accumulating SSP shares, as and when👌😎☀️
Personally, under steady growth conditions SSP should be worth at least £2.25p and some. DYOR - IMO
