Completely incorrect assumption - I based my figs on the assumptions which I believe to be within my approx. ranges (based on 2025FY results, current direction of travel trend for CPI, and the news today of the disposal too).

By my reckoning this stock has a true value of £~2.08p - My Assumptions:

>Not more than £2bn revenue for 2026FY Results to be declared in March 2027.

>120m shares in circulation (providing this does not change).

>£250m Max Market Cap (what I believe to be the approx. value of CPI).

>Minimal FCF (i.e. £0-£10m max, due to further cost cutting overspend, higher debt costs & worse economic conditions than those forecasted at 2025FY results).

AI says the "private sector contact centre business (which constitutes the bulk of the Capita Experience division) generated £398.1 million in adjusted revenue in 2025".

Yes it was unprofitable but... CPI will definitely go sub £2bn Revenue now IMO (as it's still shrinking IMV and is now selling off the Private Sector Contact Centre for £1).

There won't be much of a business leftover at this rate! DYOR

Trisor - Personally, I think by the time CPI's had many components offloaded there might be a profitable centre which remains but... it's likely to be very, very small when considering the cumulative inflation. Such that I don't think it'll be worth all that much. Those averaging down may find they get much less returned than they put in over time. DYOR - IMO

Surprising LTH's are celebrating this news. Sure, the Contact Centre was performing poorly but ultimately LTH's now own more shares in a smaller business and with 5% of it having been gifted to RL recently via the lock up deal it's difficult to see how anyone invested is benefitting. Ultimately AH appears to be doing precisely what I expected, selling off component parts and readying the business for bid. IMO - DYOR

AdamWoodman - Agree, for the fees they're now charging customers will expect faultless service. To have all systems down on a Friday through what is a really turbulent trading period is completely unacceptable for such high costs of the platform. I haven't looked at AJ Bell, will have a goosey gander at what they offer.

Fully agree Calvinellul - AH has a very large annual reward tbh, even in unlikely event his CPI investments become worthless he'll still have done well from his tenure. What surprised me was how Richard Staveley was able to ramp this stock to high heavens with such little challenge over the accumulating evidence around poor performance! Baffles the mind!

How do you know this? After all I previously said EZJ would drop below 400p and many on here said that could not happen. Yet look where the SP is today.

I happen to think the SP was bound to drop sub-400p, without the Iran war. The Iran situation makes it far harder to estimate the new trading ranges for the SP but... what makes you so sure it cannot drop below 300p?

Fair comment there Carrington. Personally, I've held onto all of my SSPG shares. Very wise not to have all eggs in one basket 👍 - As I alluded to before on here; the Iran situation was bound to get messy, big military endeavours have a track record of developing in a manner which few expect or anticipate. I still expect SSPG to do well though, the global scale they have will likely mean even if there's lower trading in some spots there will likely be surges for other venues - on balance likely to continue the good performance and healthy revenues IMO - DYOR.

Comparing Amazon to CPI is like comparing an F1 car with a Russian Lada Samara.
