Almost there and just for full disclosure, I do not short stocks. I only buy LTH. I've had a negative view on EZJ for a long while now and I dont think all of this drop is just due to the Iran situation either. I think it was headed sub £4 before the USA kicked off the ME crisis IMO - DYOR.

Wizz had prior forecasted earnings would fall within profit of €25m to loss of €25m. The warning means it anticipates a loss for the financial year.

James2k66 - You are sorely mistaken, I am not championing anyone, least of all the barbaric Iranian regime. Of course it is the case many in Iran despise the ultra conservative Iranian regime, which has been brutal towards its citizens - there is no doubt about that whatsoever.

The point I am making, to those overly gung ho about how 'easy' they think it may be to 'win the war against Iran' through having superior military might - is the real world is rarely, if ever, so simple. There are massive human costs to any war, and this war will be no different to the last - irrespective of what messages the political leaders convey through the media channels.

War is dehumanising for all.

Carrington - recognise your point about the military strength mismatch between the two warring parties.

War is brutal, no one 'wins' from war - behind the 'enemy Iran' are desperately scared Iranian families, just as there are worried USA citizens on whether or not their loved ones will return from their military service.

We shall all soon learn just how 'in control' USA/Israel really are and how quickly diplomacy can takeover to deliver a return to peace.

Once LTH's, many of whom have likely overbought speculatively, are staring at big losses and if those distressed LTH's seek the emergency exit the drop very honestly could rapidly accelerate even further from the current SP here today. IMO - DYOR

Affmaead - Whilst correct that a long while back I did call £3 it's the case much inflation has taken effect since those days. I don't think EZJ will see £3. However, I also don't think the SP has reached it's potential floor level yet either. IMV the SP will head sub £4. DYOR

TerryM1 - tbh I'd forgotten all about PNN, terrible company btw - SP looking overvalued for what it is. The context you're missing out is that I was speaking about possible directions of the PNN SP before Ofwat cut a deal to allow them to hike prices for their customers with empty pledges of investments into water infrastructure. Since then many areas in their catchment have hit the news with further problems causing misery for communities & businesses. I don't doubt that'll continue on, as the deal with Ofwat has permitted them to carry on business as usual. Yes, PNN did carry out an RI and no doubt many LTH's will still be holding far more stock than the qty they'd ever planned on holding.
