Tbh AimMaster2018 right there you have nicely summed up the central issue: "the business is shrinking, in your world, every contract is a problem contract, as each one drop off, you'll be left with no business π"
This is literally the core problem for CPI. The leadership strategy of 'squeeze more margin from contract renewals' and 'purge anything non-profit' is not working.
There doesnt appear to be any efforts being made to win large amounts of new business. Without new growth all AH has succeeded doing is locking in decline and asset sales of parts of the business to keep the creditors at bay. The cost cutting rounds have been very expensive too. Difficult to see this business has any kind of future under the Capita banner, ripe for a takeover but cant really see who would want it (competitors can wait it out till it fails?)
