Silver Bullet Share Price (SBDS)

Well PI shareholders have been well and truly shafted here. In their wisdom the BOD have changed their reference accounting date from December to June and is not in a position to publish their accounts. The consequence of this according to AIM rules that the share is suspended until publication. After next Tuesday it matters not. Isn’t it funny why they made these plans after the Yes vote. I am afraid if you were looking to sell your shares or catch a bounce, you will be disappointed.

I hope that it is back trading before the 7th as i want to sell my shares before it is delisted

That is unfortunate.

Its over for shareholders here in reality.

Either hold for a LONG while as a private entity or sell on whatever liquidity is left.

Retail shareholders apathy has lost this, the vote could have been won with 2m. Alas, there wasn’t the same momentum from retail shareholders on this one as there was with NANO. Such a shame.

Less than 40% of issued shares actually voted for this...

Well, it may still be worth holding out and trying to make better value when it's gone private although will be much tougher to trade.
