Voluntary Winding Up and Liquidation Of The Company.

Further to our previous communication dated 29 August 2024, we wish to inform you that at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 8 August 2025, shareholders of Petroneft Resources PLC (Petroneft) approved a resolution to voluntarily wind up the Company.

As a result, David Van Dessel of Vandessel-reorg was appointed as Liquidator of the Company on that date.

If we get any Liquidation distributions from the Company, we'll let you know. Please note, however, that there can be no certainty that such a distribution will be made.

Are you or were you a shareholder in Petroneft? I am too.

The end and how this turned out is very sad, I was hoping for good things to come. I'm not too experienced in this and obviously now they are a zero value share in my holding.

What did you guys do with your holding? and what can we do?

I have been trying to make contact with any advisors and registrars to Petroneft and so far this has been largely disappointing. Did you just have to cut the losses and move on?

Or is there any hope of getting anything back eg when assets are sold and finalised?

Any help would be really gratefully received.

Congratulations to you if you invested in Zephyr Energy at the tail-end of 2020; the stock has moved like the wind, in a northerly direction, rising 569%, with much of that rise coming in the last six weeks or so on the back of positive news flow.

Sector peer Petroneft, up 562%, gave Zephyr a good run for its money.

Buys there 12/10/2012 and 8/2/2013 .

Transfer in 13/7/2014 the largest loss have to check were that was from to calculate that loss hopefully showing price on transfer date .

When one goes back to the directors talk interview with David Sturt in January 2022 and the optimism for the future of this license it is heartbreaking to see where the situation is now, I long ago viewed my investment as a write off but so wish that things had turned out differently (not least for the Ukrainians because all I have lost is money) for all the effort that the management put in to turn the company around. Now we have a trading company on license 61 applying for bankruptcy and a good looking license being sold off for peanuts compared to the predicted reserves and potential revenues
