Pulsar Helium Share Price (PLSR)

You have to get this stuff ordered early. Shows good forward planning. This company is going to be massive in the future. If you got the patience to wait 18 months to 2 years. Another for me to tuck away and smile for the future.

Just seen the news.

Interesting indeed.

This company really has substantial size written all over it now and I think will start to be taken very seriously.

Bit of time yet perhaps but hope to be adding here soon.

My overall assessment

If I were scoring this RNS on its own:

Strategic importance: 9.5/10

Immediate financial impact: 6/10 (because it's not yet financed)

Reduction in project risk: 8.5/10

Likelihood it improves investor confidence: High, assuming financing progresses as outlined.

The biggest takeaway for me is that management appears to be behaving like a company preparing for development rather than simply trying to keep an exploration story alive. Reserving processing infrastructure before final investment is a meaningful signal of confidence. That said, the critical milestones are still ahead: securing financing on acceptable terms, completing the definitive agreement, obtaining permits, and demonstrating that Topaz can consistently deliver commercially viable helium volumes. If those pieces fall into place, this announcement could be remembered as the point where the company began transitioning from explorer to developer.

Any thoughts where the other helium may come from given the fact that PLSR are the first mover in Minnesota and, as far as I am aware, there are no relevant pipelines in the vicinity?

With my wildly optimistic hat on, dare I suggest that PLSR think they will be able to utilise a major proportion of the plant capacity, which will be very profitable; the other possibility (remote) is that the regulations will be adapted to allow an increased number of wells given the potential revenue generation for the State.

The comments regarding processing third party gases is indeed interesting. My assumption is that it’s primarily with an eye on regulations (which they reference). Basically, they can only produce from up to four wells currently, under the regulations, which they’re probably assuming will leave them with spare capacity. So why not make a quick buck processing someone else’s helium?
