Vsa Capital Group Plc Share Price (VSA.PL)

Vsa were listed 5 or 6 years ago same thing happened, the promise of all sort of hood things, then a drlistinb into vehicle called RRRR PLC as a shareholder I never got any information. Why would a company like this with limited resources and obviously undercapitalised even be coming to market? To fleece people that's the only reason. I wouldn't believe a word that votes out of Monk's mouth, csrpetbsgger..

I agree, for Vsa, this is the first year of reporting as a listed company on the Aquis Growth Market and they report a healthy underlying profit in general

The core sectors of VSA are Natural Resources and Transitional Energy, During last year VSA have expanded their coverage successfully into the Leisure and Consumer Brands sectors acting for four companies, and expect all to be active and to grow quickly!

VSA announce its audited results today, quite a few of the small size brokerage houses aren't doing great neither, it is tough to retain talents when competing with large financial houses on salaires. I think it would be fairer to compare with others in the same blasket first

beware Andrew Monk, he had vsa capital listed before, ran it into the ground, delisted it, and never reported to any of those shareholders. like me, any financial statements even tho I was a shareholder and placed the company into a recovery vehicle, don't even know to this day if this is the same company reincarnated or just another gravy train for Monk and his carpet baggers. I mean 5 directors for a company that turns over £3.6mill... salary expense for 22 people is over £2mill that around £100k per person, including lowly admin staff which suggests to me that the directors are taking well into 6 figures... on a start-up.. with £3.6 mill turnover... I dare them to disclose directors' salaries in this tiny company.... shareholders will get ripped off again
