Thanks for the speedy information, pleasing to hear that the shares will not disappear, I've had a look around the Computershare site, and based on the information there, I think the reason I didn't get any AGM details is that currently my shares are held in a Nominee account i.e. they are held in the platforms name rather than mine. I'm making enquires to see if I can get them moved to Computershare i my own name. I know they are not worth much but I've held them since about 2007

You'll be pleased to know that your share holdings do not evaporate if the company goes private. It's your slice of the company and that's on file.

Shareholders (you) are recorded on the Shareholder Registry at

https://www.computershare.com/uk , and it is this company that is organising the proxy voting for the AGM. I think there are about 400 shareholders...some may have passed away of course!

You may be able to log in, after some effort, and cast your vote on the various Resolutions put forward via your computer. It may be possible to talk with them over the phone to explain your situation and I'm sure they'll help you with the logistics. Perhaps you may have moved house since buying shares so they may have sent stuff to the wrong house? Also take a look at the News section of the Reneuron website for information on the AGM Resolutions:

My guess is that shares will be able to be traded on a specialised platform if the Reneuron goes private. The Chairman has done this a few times with de-listed AIM companies - most, if not all, seem to have ended up on the JP Jenkins platform. https://www.jpjenkins.com/ . The website explains how to go about buying/selling the shares in their list of private/ de-listed companies.
