The other party might have requested that the amounts are kept under wraps for now, or alternatively, we know that Apta had 3 licensing deals lined up, so maybe they have asked for the financial details to remain under wraps for now, so one deal doesn't influence on the others.

Hopefully we will get more financial details in the new year and after the 3rd licensing deal is signed.

Thanks for the speedy information, pleasing to hear that the shares will not disappear, I've had a look around the Computershare site, and based on the information there, I think the reason I didn't get any AGM details is that currently my shares are held in a Nominee account i.e. they are held in the platforms name rather than mine. I'm making enquires to see if I can get them moved to Computershare i my own name. I know they are not worth much but I've held them since about 2007

Hi, Not sure if anyone could help with this query, but if anyone has anything information it would be greatly appreciated. I still hold Reneuron shares on 2 platforms, I didn't get any information regarding the AGM or any corporate actions notifications. Do I need to be re-registering them somewhere else, and what will happen to them if they go private? Thanks in advance if anyone has any information.

Thanks for providing the information Narrative and the link, really useful, I've had a look round and as you say there are a few ex-AIM companies on there. I've found my missing shares I thought my provider had removed them because they ceased to exist when delisted, but they had just moved them to another account without telling me.

The recent presentations are available on Reneuron's website, mostly technical detail that sailed way over my head, however, Catherine Insted presentation confirmed that the discussions with Fosun on supplemental terms of the technology transfer agreement are still ongoing.

They have been ongoing for a while now, hopefully they will bring it to a conclusion soon. It will be interesting to see if there will be a upfront payment that can extend our cash past Q2 2023 or will any cash payment be negated by the extra work Reneuron will have to perform.

Totally agree with this parting of the ways, although I felt it could have happened earlier. Couldn't really say what OH has contributed from my perspective, but it certainly wasn't shareholder value and I was never confident that this was that high a priority for him.

Best that both parties find a better fit for their ambitions.

It was a surprise when Obotritia initially invested being as their speciality seemed to be in the real estate space, so not so much of a surprise, if they have decided now decided to concentrate more on what they know. This may not be so much a reflection on Reneuron and more on the Bio/pharma market as a whole, which has generally seen funds flood out across the board, or it could be that there are greater opportunities in the German real estate market.

Who knows, it's just a wait and see what this activity does to the share price.

Personally, I'll be a bit disappointed if they sell all of their holding as I believe they have been instrumental in giving the board a dose of reality in the need to cut costs and commercialise opportunities, even if was solely, so they could benefit of the back of the share price.

I would imagine he was mainly there for HRPC side looking at his background, now that we have changed strategies must have been twiddling his thumbs a bit, hopefully his new position will allow him to continue to put his skills to use, and from a Reneuron perspective we free up a bit of payroll space for people who specialise in exosomes.

My understanding is that closed periods can occur at any time the directors have access to price sensitive information and will end when that information is RNS to the market. There is also mandatory closed periods connected to the publication of the interim and full financial results.

If it is true that they are in a closed period, then I agree that I don't think it would be linked to the financial results as they are too far off from being announced, so it must be related to something else, but exactly what that is, is anyone's guess.

Olav did mention there would be further RNS regarding Fosun, so maybe its connected to that or it's another collaboration announcement. The optimist in me would hope that it is further details on the Fosun arrangement, with maybe some more funds coming our way that can extend our cash runway further, that would be nice.

I'm not an expert on closed periods either, so once again, if someone else can shed more light on this? It would be appreciated.

Yes disappointing on the HRPC front, but I'm so thankful that the exosomes front is looking so promising as we would have been dead in the water on this news, with no where to go. I'm surprised by how this morning seem to only have attributed value solely to the HRPC side only (having said that only 81 trades at the time of posting, so maybe there is not that many, just that they are all selling at once - looking oversold already to me already due to this reason), however, silver linings it provides a buying opportunity to those like myself who considered the exosomes front the most likely source of a commercial deal (or indeed several deals) in the near term.

Ells - If Suzy is as smart as I think she is , she would be foolish to by shares now, when you have already predicted they will be 10p in January due to the global cycle thingy.

I just hope your right because I've delayed my decision to buy a Fredo, in order to top up in January.

ILOVESUSHI - Physiomics and Cenkos are banking on the deal coming good, so who's opinion should I value yours or theirs.
No disrespect, but I think I'll side with the boards of those two companies that this deal will come good and be revenue generating. Still a low market cap here, excellent value/upside potential.

Reneuron has been flying under the radar for a long time, with this news we can hopefully reach a wider audience, allowing the SP to recover to where it should be given how far along we are.

Potentially the next RNS could be a revenue generating deal, exciting times ahead I hope.

Excellent timely news, gives enough runway to get a deal signed before another cash raise is required IMHO, maybe more one than deal.
That will provide the added benefit that we will be able to fund the RP trials inhouse, which in my view is what the board have been hinting at in the last few presentations.

I've been expecting an RNS stating hrpc delayed anyway, due to the various lockdowns, so that side of it is not so much a concern, with regards to the infection firstly hopefully there will be no long term harm done to the patient, secondly let's hope that the infection can be cleared up and after which the client still sees a benefit from the treatment.

As I've been expecting a delay to hrpc, I've always seen the exosomes as the most likely source of an inflection point for this year, fingers crossed they are still on track on this front.

Agree Phil, lots to look forward too.

Although the HRPC seems to be dragging its heels at the moment (understandable given the Covid restrictions) I'm taking a lot of positives from the fact that behind the scenes they can see how the first cohort are performing and although they haven't released the results, they are still being proactive in promoting the technology, as can be seen by the two conferences this week and next week, I'm taking that as a indication that although slow progress is going well.

Well it seems to be working and working well, which in turn is leading to new possibilities and further collaborations, we just need to turn one of the existing collaborations into paid revenue, so we can ramp up research and stay ahead of the game. Olav indicates that further data will be available over the next 6 months, let's hope this leads to a deal. A deal could also allow us to progress HRPC internally , now wouldn't that be nice.

If a deal can't be struck by the end of the year then we may see another fund raise, however, should that be the case, I'll be ready to take up any allocation offered, as I believe in the science and that it is only a matter of time before it becomes profitable.

I'm looking forward to the coming months and further updates across the Exosomes and HRPC platforms, which should hopefully maintain the SP , until such time a deal can be announced. Exciting times ahead!

He was the face of Reneuron for many of us, but as he admitted in many an presentation he had limited knowledge on the science, his responsibility was raising and controlling finances, and I think a lot of us have felt, certainly with the last placing
that the price was set to low and existing shareholders were not offered enough, some of our newer institutional investors seemed to have questioned our spending as not being cost effective, so i'm a bit saddened to see him go, but I would be more worried if one off the scientists or major investors cut their links.
