Not a bad rise over the last couple days, I assume this is just in response to the RNS regarding the incentive package for the directors targets, in which case it bodes well for when we get a RNS regarding actual positive product news.

Role on QTR 1 and hopefully more RNS's as indicated in the company's 12 month plan.

I also enjoy the positive and negative comments on this board and find them on the whole well balanced, I certainly wouldn't criticise anyone for posting a negative view of the company, as there are days when I question this myself.

However, currently I'm feeling positive about the company and the year ahead for lots of reasons, but importantly l wouldn't go on to say newbies should jump on board now or they will financially regret it, as my positivity might be misplaced.

I don't want to name names as it could well have been unintentional, but the poster I was referring in my interpretation, was basically saying - he's got lots of experience of investing in bios and done lots of research in this area and so for the benefit of any potential new investors they need to be aware that this company is high risk and percentage wise they where likely to lose money rather than gain.

I just felt this was a bit to strong, as the one thing we all can agree on whether you have positive or negative views is that none of us can predict the future and therefore by default our views may turn out to be 100% wrong.

Given the above, if posting for the benefit of newbies, I feel the poster should strongly quantify that these are his\hers own views based his\hers own interpretation of their research and experiences and that newbies should of course do their own research, as they may be wrong. Or even better cut out the middle man and just post - newbies be wary - DYOR

My comment was not directed at yourself. It was aimed at anyone who posts their own conclusions from their own research as being beneficial to new investors. The reason being 2 people can read the same article and come to opposite conclusions, usually due to their past experiences, which may have differed widely.

I'm all for people posting their opinions, it's the reason I'm here to read them, I've posted my own opinion in the past, but I would never suggest that my own opinion should be used as a basis for new investors to make a decision, I felt one poster yesterday did this, others may have read it differently and maybe I need to wind my neck in, in which case I apologise.

But i'd rather posters didn't offer their conclusions from their research, as being a basis for new investors to make a decision, just give your opinion, have the humility to know you might be wrong, and tell them to do their own research.

Who knows when and what the next RNS will say. I'm hoping it will be positive, but I could be 100% wrong.

If you have the best interest of new investors at heart, then the best advice to give them would be to do their own research, whilst keeping your opinions to yourself, that way you won't accidentally influence them into making a decision that could cost them financially, should they choose to invest or not.

I'm not expecting much of a change on the slides for the Analyst briefing on the 6th of Jan, given the ongoing covid situation, maybe the date on the bottom of them will have changed from 2020 to 2021, but happy to be wrong on this.

However, the following comments made in the placing announcement on the 23rd Nov and the interim results on the 24th:

Olav Hellebore - " our exsome and IPSL platforms have also progressed well during the period, with multiple industry-based collaborations now in progress across both platforms and the prospect of a preclinical proof of concept over the coming months"

And

"Three collaboration agreements signed with major pharmaceutical/biotechnology companies to explore the potential of the company's exosomes to deliver therapeutic agents to the brain, with proof of concept preclinical results expected in H1 2021."

Have got me quite excited about what the next 3 months will bring on the exosomes front.

I suppose the benefit of offering the placing to eis\vct investors for us long term holders, is that to gain the tax benefit they have to hold on to the shares, I.e. no selling to make a quick buck.

I'm hoping that people realise this and don't feel the pressure to sell due to the discount price.

Woodford RENE holding is in his Patient Capital Trust, my understanding is that this is an Investment Trust company. Investors own and trade shares in the Investment Trust NOT the underlying assets and therefore he does not have to sell any of underlying holdings (RENE included), unlike his Equity Income Fund which is a Unit Trust/OEIC here the investors buy units/shares in the underlying assets and if too many people withdraw at once then the underlying assets may have to be sold to meet the demand, making him a forced seller. I believe he has been trying to move some of his more illiquid holdings from the unit trust to the Investment Trust for the reasons above and the 28 day suspension will help with this process.

A rocky time for Woodfords Equity Income Unit Trust/OEIC, but I don’t see how that would effect his decision to hold RENE in his Patient Capital Trust, they are two different arrangements with two different goals.

Rene generated cash initially, the RNS since have all been good, they are further down the pipe line, the cash won't run out till next year, we can expect more RNS between now and then, so we will have more information on which to base a decision. I don't really see the point in speculating now, but since you asked the question, I believe the current investors would continue to back if the RNS continues to be good.

I agree, a look at the 3 year chart reveals predicting a fall now is hardly going against the grain, We�re about half way along a 4 phase process so there is still a long way to go and a lot can happen, there could be another company ahead of us, but they may falter, we could get bought up at a profit tomorrow, or alternatively go bust. The only thing I'm confident on is that purp doesn't know what the long term future holds either. All we can do is do are own research and leave others to do theirs. Personally I hope Reneuron do get there as they have the potential to deliver much needed remedies to some debilitating conditions, I can�t understand why anyone would want Reneuron to fail.

If you want to make a fast buck, then this might not be the share for you. However, if you want to support scientific research potentially leading to valuable medical treatments for those in need, then you might view it otherwise. We all have different priorities, mine is the latter, so I'm happy to continue to invest in this share, but I appreciate others will have a different view and respect their position. However, I do wish some contributors would acknowledge that their views are not the only one to be had and stop disparaging those with different views. I do feel sorry for the people desperate for treatments that this share could potentially help, if the self-professed gods of doom get their way all because the share price is not producing a profit in a suitable time frame.

I'm hopping the board are setting the foundations for a possible listing in America: -The appointment of Dr D'Augusta -Sending a team to America -Consolidating the share price to make it appear attractive We know we will need further finance and America could provide the funds required as there doesn't seem to much appetite in the UK;. So maybe the board are doing more than they're currently being credited with, although I appreciate these priorities might not align with all shareholder needs . This for me is a long term investment and I'm happy picking up shares at a low price specially whilst the RNS has been so good, my concern is future finance, but as stated earlier, I'm hoping the board are working towards a solution. I guess we all have are own perspective, which are a lined to are own priorities, with non of them being wrong.
