Nthn.elec.prf Share Price (NTEA)

Surely there will come a time soon when it makes more sense for NTEA to take finance from a lender at a much lower rate and then buyback the pref shares. Still happy getting by 8p a year at the moment.

Should also say a resolution at the recent AGM gave the Board power to allot various new shares in exchange for cash. Seems unlikely they would do this then tender the prefs.

No mention of a tender here yet, and given the company belongs to Berkshire Hathaway, I hope that is a VERY long way off!

They had delays in their audit so they requested shares be suspended, it was the company who suspended them.
