One other concern I have about yesterday’s news…. And I say this as an already long term (very long term…) holder…. Is that there may be a whiff of government intervention…. Which is the flip side to the positive GB Energy involvement…. I’m old enough to remember similar interventions by similar coloured governments in many other industries and it didn’t end well… for anyone involved least of all private shareholders.

I want it to be different this time…. I believe it probably will be or else I would sell…. But yesterday’s news without solid orders has clearly been perceived negatively by the market and I fear they may be onto something….

The constant comment on the daily SP is comical. Please ignore GF I filtered him a long time ago.

Remember this was in the 60’s 2 months ago. If someone had told me this would be 160 in June I probably wouldn’t have believed them. At that point my target was always £4+ but I didn’t expect it to get there this year. But then the Gov backing and the NATO deal happened. My target has now shifted to £7+. I believe it will get there but I’m in no rush.

As Bilbo put it very well yesterday’s RNS although great news was never going to drive the SP in the short term. Although I personally feel the tie up with Protium may bare more fruits than we expect.

Remember folks there were many amazing deals before the recent rise, the 500MW capacity reservation, 700MW German salt caverns, 300MW Asia to name a few., each of which will value this company in the region of £1B of and when the come off. (Don’t forget Dennis Mortimer call offs against the 500MW last Autumn.

This had £4 written on it long ago. Dennis and the ITM entire team are doing an incredible job. Gone the daily SP movements and just sit back and enjoy the ride.
