I do wonder how much of the fall was in part due to the space x ipo. Uk retail investors an apparently received approx £270 million allocated space x shares.. maybe some who made a quick buck here sold to put profits into the IPO. 🤷‍♂️

Absolutely I agree the political will and public perception is key for the energy transition, and the SP!

Money aside one of the reasons I’m happy to invest here is because I have kids and like most parents I want a better future for them. I see ITM as a small component in that.

Another valuation worth waiting for though!

Don’t forget we already have Trident production up and running so don’t need to wait for Chronos 1GW. Chronos will then run alongside Trident as mentioned in ITMs last presentation video. But we don’t know what the exact capacity is which is part of the reason this is hypothetical.

But yes eye watering valuation…

Ok guys. Purely hypothetically. Let’s say we get some big orders FID’d and production cranks up at the factory in Sheffield. We hit 2GW annual electrolyser production.

What are people’s thoughts re valuation if/when this is achieved?

(And let’s stay away from SpaceX like 100pe values. Although I am watching SpaceX IPO purely for entertainment 🍿 )

AI I has its uses. This is not one of them.

I don’t believe the fall has anything to do with the ongoing UK defence saga. NATO is much bigger than just the UK as we all know. Either way I see as it as a win win as it moves ITM from Net zero to energy security.

It will be interesting to see how the Rheinmetall deal evolves. Obviously the “potential” scale is huge… but I also believe the speed of implementation could be quick once it gets the go ahead. Unlike conventional projects which are tied to planning, funding and off take agreements, these NATO fuel projects should not in my basic understanding of military operations be bound to these? Built on military bases (and potentially some mobile ones?) they won’t necessarily need any of the above constraints to proceed? Thoughts?

As far as Europeans electrolysers selection goes “Europe” was expanded to include the uk (read ITM) a few months back.

Yes he wouldn’t have put an exact date on it.. I probably (rightly or wrongly) interpreted it as 6 months. But he was very excited about the potential scale of Hydropulse and its ability to generate a lot of money.

Dennis’s comments re Hydropulse at the investor day hinted that it would be far bigger than the electrolysers sales. He said we’re in the gas business.

Hydropulse still hiring on LinkedIn. It will be interesting to see what the announcement is when it comes. I’m sure he said we’d have Hydropulse news within 6 months. (Does anyone remember?) So my feeling is it’s overdue, most likely due to bureaucracy out of ITM’s direct control.

Remember folks this was 60p not long ago. It tickled 220, my trading account even showed 233 one day, the profit was eye watering. But @Kaststrangler I didn’t sell, at much higher than 100% profit, not because I thought would keep rising non stop but because I believe it will rise far beyond 220in the long term. And nothing that’s happened in the last 2 weeks has changed that.

Yes the fall is uncalled for whatever reason but I have no problem with the sp at these levels, still 100% up . Because I know where it’s going long term.

Some people commenting that it was trading top high based on revenues.. this is obvious. But we’re here because we believe the revenues will come in the future. Not today.

Aswell as Hydropulse and Chronos to look forward to..When the Nato deal was announced Simon Bourne commented on LinkedIn that there is lots more to come this year. Another big RNS could drop anytime .

Hold on to your pants guys (sounds like some of you may need to change them first) it’s gonna be one hell of a ride.

The constant comment on the daily SP is comical. Please ignore GF I filtered him a long time ago.

Remember this was in the 60’s 2 months ago. If someone had told me this would be 160 in June I probably wouldn’t have believed them. At that point my target was always £4+ but I didn’t expect it to get there this year. But then the Gov backing and the NATO deal happened. My target has now shifted to £7+. I believe it will get there but I’m in no rush.

As Bilbo put it very well yesterday’s RNS although great news was never going to drive the SP in the short term. Although I personally feel the tie up with Protium may bare more fruits than we expect.

Remember folks there were many amazing deals before the recent rise, the 500MW capacity reservation, 700MW German salt caverns, 300MW Asia to name a few., each of which will value this company in the region of £1B of and when the come off. (Don’t forget Dennis Mortimer call offs against the 500MW last Autumn.

This had £4 written on it long ago. Dennis and the ITM entire team are doing an incredible job. Gone the daily SP movements and just sit back and enjoy the ride.

I’d suggest doing a little more research. I have more shares than you at an average in the 40’s. I have no intention of selling as I believe this is just the start of the rise. All LTHs here know the potential of this company is far greater than today’s SP. That said there will be always be dips along the way, but I won’t be selling any for a long while yet.

Oh they snuck that through! Muat be some Hydropulse announcements soon.. with a revenue upgrade I imagine

It’s only 30MW, let’s see if PLUG can deliver on time. I have my suspicions they may not.
