Well that was 2 days spent looking at the company then 3 days with shares in the company then company goes under! Wish I’d translated that bloody RNS better cuz it didn’t mention a lot of what was going on. Ah well we live and learn, I’m not losing masses but still stings a bit. GLA, I hope this hasn’t damaged too many too badly 😞

Hard earned money just went away with a blink of an eye

The Jan24 ac's on Companies House show of the £53.8m t/o, £50.5m was from Cenergest Ltd. So basically peanuts left, which won't even cover the costs of the CEO's salary - at least he walks away from his £millions from the 300p IPO price or whatever just 3 years ago.

Royally screwed. Yes shady company indeed - not one mention in the contingent liabilities note, and nothing just a COUPLE of days ago!

As far as I can tell no publically traded UK company in history has entered administration, and come back out of it and trading with its existing shareholders in tact.

This is 99.999% sure of being a total wipe out.

Usually I can avoid total wipe out as you get a bit more warning from the company.

Whats deceptive here is they reported as "trading in line with supportive lenders" only two days ago.

There was no mention of the legal action that would bankrupt just two days later.

Hopefully it gets looked into.
