Eneraqua Technologies PLC - London-based energy and water efficiency solutions provider - Says two local authority clients have announced delays to projects, with start dates deferred to after April 2024. Because the deferred projects are now expected to start in financial 2025, it says it has identified cost reduction opportunities which will reduce operating costs by around GBP1.4 million in the next financial year. As a result, now expects full-year results to be "materially below current market expectations", with revenues of GBP55 million in financial 2024 and an adjusted pretax loss of GBP6 million. In the year ended July 30, revenue was GBP55.1 million, while adjusted pretax proft was GBP10 million.

Eneraqua Technologies PLC - London-based energy and water efficiency solutions provider - Says year is "progressing as expected" with high activity through ongoing and new contracts, and positive operating cash flow. Water business's control flow technology is still making good progress and Eneraqua is currently finalising a contract with a "major water utility". Vriend business is being integrated into wider operations following acquisition in April and will allow the company to develop its business further in Europe. Eneraqua also successfully established a new manufacturing site near Madrid and expects it to allow it to expand its product range, enhance production capacity and reduce costs. Eneraqua Technologies PLC - London-based energy and water efficiency solutions provider - Posts pretax profit of GBP9.9 million for the year ended January 31, up markedly from GBP4.1 million the year before. Revenue is up 52% to GBP55.1 million from GBP36.2 million the year before. In March, the company said market forecasts had predicted revenue to be in the range between GBP61.3 million to GBP61.5 million.
