Great pivoting investment but don't know why the 10% drop today

Yes my maths is that 20% of the value of Lindsell Train is discounted to £nil worst case scenario (despite it earning 7-8% yield!).

The rest are all massive blue chip co's - very liquid to sell in an open market. Hence downside risk is nil. As people rotate away from AI these holdings will all come back and beat the index.

I'm pretty sure when I last looked into it, they bought in around November time (via disclosures) when it was in the 30's. Anyway I'm glad I exited at around 50p last week, despite buying in at over 200p, as it's going to be maybe 5 years before any decent dividend or EPS or more likely near bankrupt after PE firms have sold the family silver (warehouses) and extracted anything else of value.

I sold out this week. Numpties creating a big loss for me. Anyway better than selling at 30p. Diesel is only going up so lorries full of carpets is going to be expensive at £2/litre. Plus I realised when people keep talking about 'when the turnaround comes' is never going to come. Do people think our city centres are going to be bustling ever again!?

Seagull is never going to get their directors onto the board- all the top several institutional investors are conservative and will follow the board (I've done my research). Hence expect Seagull to exit immediately after the no vote. They bought for 30p and selling for 50p - Gekko style returns in a few months. Expect share price to revert back to 30p, then flatline for the next 3 years, and then finally a dividend may be talked about. However they will have higher costs as all the freehold's will be replaced with paying rents of £Xm a year. Likewise would have doubled their turnover by then. That's why I'm out.

2027 is only next year when return to profitability occurs, despite a subdued market. Just sit tight and wait for the new CEO CFO come up with even more initiatives. My 90p target price a year from now.
