Amcomri delivered another strong year in FY25, with revenue, earnings and profit all reaching record levels, reinforcing the strength of its “Buy, Improve, Build” model. Revenue increased 22% to £70.9m, adjusted EBITDA rose 19.3% to £9.2m, and profit before tax increased 145% to £4.1m. Gross margin improved slightly to 36.6%, while basic EPS increased to 4.2p. The results reflect a combination of acquisitive growth, organic expansion and improving operational execution across the portfolio. The core attraction in the investment case is the resilience created by diversification. Amcomri operates across a broad range of specialist engineering and industrial manufacturing niches, serving infrastructure, transportation, defence, aerospace and energy markets. Nice step up today and soon looking to get back to 140p. How long before another acquisition and news to propel this to new highs. Not long imo.

Chart bearish lower peaks and troughs. The ATR(average true range) value is 5.36, which is a measure of normal equity volatility. Estimated volume if circa 70,000 looks to be light not supportive of a change to bullish status. A bullish equity would be expected to break above the previous day high, and this is not the case, so today's equity rise which is well within the normal daily volatility, is of no significance. The equity may be attempting to find support above the psychological price level of 100, but the overall status is still bearish. Note that the rally % today is 50% of the % spread of 3.883, not a positive indication when rally % less than % spread. DYOR.

Took me a while to access funds but now I’m in and looking to increase holding.

Nothing I can see, and nor could I see anything in the prior couple of weeks when the SP dropped sharply.

Just wonder whether the relatively small % of shares traded magnify any movement up or down ?

Interims coming up of course, some good numbers already flagged up.
