Suzy time here is spent, we need a vote to get her out, she’s the weakest link in the company
...following this afternoons rns belies belief. I am so disappointed. We moved heaven and earth to remove George and Mildred only to be shafted again...just before Christmas...and in all probability the only ones benefitting from this action are Valirx Directors (reward for failure) and the usual privileged few exceptionally rich investors about to become become significantly wealthier I am guessing nothing changes....unless we the small investors gang together and force change...we've done it before, but alas I'm too weary to become actively involved. However anyone wishing to take the helm will have my full support. Ps I'm typing on a phone and cannot easily proof read, so apologies for errors..

😂😂😂😂😂🏆POST OF THE DAY🏆😂😂😂😂😂
I think Suzy gave shareholders reason to be optimistic and
therfore it is unfair to blame posters here who took that
at face value. The only person who should hang their head in shame is Suzy..
If I don’t see directors purchasing any shares tomorrow this is including Stella Panu too, I will dump my holding and move on completely from Aim companies.I am better place with Ftse 100 companies rather then feeding this rats and having to deal with Porky every day.You can at list see decent investors and decent returns in billion pounds companies rather then those 10m companies.Too much drama going on here. I guess this is same with small companies just like Valrix and the rest. Better off playing with big boys for big money.
All the best to you all. I wish you dreams comes together. Play nice ,I don’t own apologies to anyone. 👍
Im predicting a 5.5 open and a drift to 4p by mid Jan. Sad but highly likely now. Going to take some months to recover.
They should indeed. Porks was right all along and put up with a fair amount of shtick! I for one won't be throwing any more funds at this shambles so long as the board remains as it is currently . Raise, promise, repeat.
If Stella Panu contributes to the placing will it mean she has decided Valirx is now investable, or because she has been forced to partake to save face? And will SD partake as she has the spare cash which she claimed not to have to invest, or is she skint and so will her family go hungry to make a show of buying in?
Most telling will be the amount each of these two actually puts up. Very reminiscent of the placing in May 2020 when LD stumped up 10 grand in a placing ahead of an AGM seeking approval. 10 grand as a percentage of any 7 figure sum is a token proportion in reality. If she's so full of confidence and unconcerned she should be leading the investment charge with Panu right up alongside.
Hi all I’ve been following the boards for a long time now and post now and again. My take on this is that yes porky got it right and to be honest we all knew things were getting very close with no news emerging from over the pond. The company needed to raise so it’s no surprise really at today’s news, the rampers who done their best to tell people that there wasn’t going to be another fundraise should hang their heads in shame. As someone posted earlier on porky was warning people but he was shot down from every conceivable corner by people who had another agenda , who didn’t mind others getting caught up in their hype to inflate the share price . To all the long term holders out there I really hope this works out for you all and whose to say it won’t. Obviously the raise will be passed as holders such as Adam won’t allow anything else but I hope this board don’t get the go ahead to raise whenever they want to without having to ask the shareholders first On a positive note if I’ve read things correctly the board are buying shares this time which is good news. I think there are a lot of people sitting on their hands watching this one and waiting for the right time to get back in ( at this price of 6 pence or under and the fact that company will now be funded somehow de risks things ) I for one will be buying when this settles down and I know a few friends who will as well. So although no one likes a fundraise to be positive company will be funded , directors buying in is good , and if we do eventually get some positive news from over the pond then who knows where we will go. Oh and I almost forgot it’s going to be interesting to see how the lab income is coming along as if that takes off then less pressure to future fundraise. Take care everyone let’s see where things go with this one. Be lucky.
Why would anyone buy at 6p as there is every likelihood I will be able to buy for less than that on the open market. Patience is the name of the game buy low sale high … most importantly don’t get carried away.
I don't support them but if people can find a CEO that is prepared to buy big or invest a fair amount then let us know.
I am not sure if it will take us backwards. It will probably take 6 months just to understand what direction to go. If they do clinical trials and change strategy then you will end up with consolidations.
I feel the real solution here is for Adam to be more involved at board level. Shareholders need someone that wants the SP to do well and I am not sure about these lot but again I think a replacement will most likely not solve this problem.
Why is anyone going to pay more than 6p a share now?
They are not and the MM's will not offer you more than 5.50 to sell.
Brutal day for shareholders here but without change at the top
there is no prospect of the real value in VAL ever being realised.
Suzy comes across as a decent soul, but she simply lacks
an business acumen... Things have declined under her helm
and she must go before she does a disasterous deal... IMHO!
The fact that they paid themselves bonuses makes their positions untenable!
Nick, 100%, the BOD needs a shake up, Suzy can stay but not as CEO, I will not vote for the fundraise unless she and useless Kevin step down!

RE: Why to consider investing in Valirx (1)10 Dec 2023 17:24
Tomorrow is 11th December 2023.
I've consistently stated that there won't be a placing.
You've been singing this same tune for a long time. Despite the recent dip, history has shown that we went from 5p to 15p. This dip is likely to be bought back soon, and I anticipate us reaching the 20s. Your remarks don't carry any significance, and I believe you're aware of that.
😂😂😂😂😂 You need to change your name to Micheal Fish.
SuZy as CSO
Adam as non exec Chair
3 new BOD members
I said this post the AGM but for abused .
Make these changes and Val will be a 10 bagger .
Don’t make make these changes and Val will trade between 4p and 10p until the next placing in 9 to 12 months .
Change is needed.
Not to worry.
Saint Nicolas will buy all the stock.
If you believe that you are a total fool!
6 pence or below. Sentiment shot.
Porky you have been proved correct and I congratulate you for not being bullied by a bunch of clueless idiots into taking the easy option and just going away quietly. Instead you continued to alert everyone to the what was about to happen in the hope newbies would not be sucked in by the idiot rampers who themselves are in far to deep through greed and ignorance. Hold your head up high Porky you have proven you are a cut above the tripe that senselessly and ignorantly ramp an here to try and bail themselves out of deep mess they have got themselves into
Well done Porky, you called it right and probably saved some people a lot of money!
The short term does not look good nor does this statement inspire much confidence for the longer term.
'In addition, the Directors propose to seek additional authority to allot further Shares in the future to provide flexibility and to allow the Company some ability to take advantage of opportunities which may present themselves in the future'
Patient/Ice, this isn’t a done deal, it has to voted through and some amendments will need to be made, I.e BOD changes or I won’t support it.
