That kinda depends on whether the deal comes off.. I still think it will ..in which case its double bubble for you
OMG as well as Val shares I own a few Euda shares. They went down yesterday! Am I to lose out on that as well?
Then of course we have all made our donations here too… 🤣
Thanks OB. It's a good cause IMO. We make a decent donation to that charity and other "home" charities which help people who have very little.
Hi all,
If I’m not mistaken there are two tickers on Nasdaq for Euda Health Holdings . Euda and Eudaw. Eudaw appears to have risen 90% yesterday and a further 26% after hours.
I may be barking up the wrong tree but are we about to get the due diligence update from Euda?
Morning CB
Debt paid and photo posted on the public TG…

I've just noticed that Santa Dilly is inviting us to join her and the other elves in their grotto on Monday morning.
"And what would you like for Christmas little Colbalt... ho ho ho?
"Your resignation and all the other useless elves please, Santa"
"P*** off sonny, we're going nowhere, ho ho ho ho!
@All
Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and New Year
Not long now, already starting to wind down and time to spend time with family, loved ones and raise a glass to our absent friends .
As for the markets, well should improve H2 2024 and really with worldwide events and the things that personally count, none of this here really matters in the bigger picture does it.
Have a good one
@TheBasher
I can feel your pain here and totally get it. The utter contempt for shareholders is truly shocking and unlikely to change anytime soon with the BOD as it stands.
As if adding 31m new shares to the existing 102m in issue doesn’t dilute shareholders enough they slip in Resolution 2 to pass another 10m for share options on top on the suggestion that it’s reasonable “due to the companies size and stage of development” - really?
There isn’t anything I can think of to paint a more positive picture other than it will give them the liquidity to carry on as normal and probably raise again in September 24.
I do question the use of funds having read both reports, realistically IMO we need board changes, a reduction in cash burn and directional changes, I’m amazed that £600k is ear marked for further integration of the biobank for example but in all honesty shareholders won’t ever see these changes until Adam is ready. Votes cast at the AGM kind of proves the point, as long as he supports the raises and votes them through nothing will change it will remain as a lifestyle raise, spend, raise, spend, consolidate business as I see it.
Frankly a tragic situation of what could be.

Only 97% down. Tumbleweed moment with VAL 401!
I feel like I’ve been here before…
Oh, I have.
Time will tell if it’s any different to the 2nd, 3rd or however many false starts there have been.
Only need another 900%+ to recover my losses.
A leopard never changes its spots, neither does a leper (which is a pretty apt way of describing a chronically sick excuse of a pharma company).
TLDR, Once again porky, "I told you so". Go on, pls say it, just to make me inwardly smile at my heavy bags.
Patient had a 20p end of week wager with me once from several weeks ago, wished he would pay up quicker than you OB lol im still waiting :|
It will be done CB..
Take care..
OB, it was Crisis at Christmas. Best wishes.
CB,
Consider my payment of debt done… I will sort it tomorrow.. 👍
Please remind me of the exact charity details?.. thank you kindly
Perhaps others here would be kind enough to help out a good charitable cause?
OB
OB, unfortunately we've ended up 14p away from the 20p bet price, so I formally claim victory! I'll leave it to you to do the rest.
I wish I'd lost the bet but the useless Dilly-Dally has messed up yet again!
Forensic ..
Amazing how how many phorensic accountants appear out of the woodwork when they see a chance to drive an SP down a bit further, but done in a most philanthropic way, that they just didn't think to expose till a company at a vulnerable point ...my god I'm way to cynical..obviously
That's at least one corrupt directors siphoning money conspiracy sown earlier about to be put to bed then
DHM .. Suzy has agreed to answer this question at the Q&A , I have also asked if we could have a break down of how the £2.5 million was spent…
That answers part of the question? The other is: what did they spend £2.5 million on? …
Valipharma is wholly owned by Valirx.
Inevitably, Valirx paid costs on behalf of Valipharma which it wasn't reimbursed for, and this created an intercompany receivable. As Valirx has both the payable (indirectly) and receivable (directly), it cancels out, i.e. it's irrelevant to the company's financial position.
Indeed Porky by name but there are at least three on here who act like pigs one of these traits being producing posts containing 100% tripe…. No additives. M
Can someone more versed in these matters explain how/why ValiPharma owes Val £2,544,537 as at 31.12.22? The accounts also state that Directors of VAL do not require the money to be repaid for the foreseeable future. Why not?
This is a substantial amount and I think they BOD owe us an explanation.
The BOD has got used to raiding the SH's for easy raised. They need to be held to account
As someone said in an earlier chat, we need someone to take ownership for each part for which money is being raised. We cannot let them get away with it again.
"The persistent and relentless attacks by Porky from 3am/4am/5am to 12 am led many of us to unite in defense of this ineffective and greedy CEO/BOD. "
What a load of tosh. They weren't "attacks", they were his opinion and he called it right.
There's one of him and many of you, and you tried to shut his voice down with post removals, insults, and discredting. so he shouted louder.
If you'd have just responded to what he was saying in a reasonable manner there would have been no need for him to keep making those posts.
