RE: A jar full of Straws2 May 2026 17:59
FWIW i pretty much agree with that, its almost certainly warrant shares being sold ( at a profit ..obv) and as you say Singer most likely, and again agree there is never any love for/loyalty/attachment/belief in any of the shares these guys get issued, its pure mathematics, why only use the capital once a year if they can recycle and use elsewhere, so they don't really care if next week/month/year they could get higher return, todays deal is guaranteed money in the bank, they don't bank ifs buts and maybes at a any bank ive ever come across. As I said in my earlier post the price is being set very aggressively but it matters not as 99% of the time its not the price setter selling their shares but the price matched by (probably) Singer as they are still well in profit and deals wait to be done elsewhere, meanwhile someone is effectively being fed very cheap shares and they are buying significant amounts on the back of almost neglible spread and downwards driven price despite the buying volume, but as you say, everything is finite, the supply of (warrant) shares will dry up and we will i think go back to a range of 800/1000
