Hats off or is the mole loose again, Iceman is it the mole????
Oh moley, moley, come here.......

#iceicebaby
Valiseek LTD last accounts is a interesting Read..... Owe VAL PLC a million
With Gerry Desler Invoicing Valiseek LTD from his own company?????
So, porky silent. This is odd. Anyone gonna say sorry to him for calling the placing? Think 6p was what was originally said. Porks, whats the lottery numbers for this week pls?!
Porky said - I had my flag in the sand at 20m at 4p to raise £800k, if she doesn’t sort this placing soon, I will need to revise it to 1 or 2p max. The opportunity is being missed and should that EUDA merger not happen the Share Price will be obliterated imo. Not that THX will pay anything anyway but if the market knows the deal is off who is going to support a 4p working capital raise knowing it’s a certain bet they will be back for more H1 24. He was giving 1-2p as a worst scenario. . Try and get it right.
Show me one posted I have slated Adam you lying little toad. Some people just see you for what you really are, you end up crying on the TG like a little girl about how people don't like you and are rude all the time claiming to have information? Surely that's illegal Nick? Insider info?? Watch your tone with me mate.
201 is still on. I never said no placing, it was always a possibility. Just that the price is lower than what we would have liked.
When micros have placings the brokers sales team spend a few days before hand pitching the raise, suggest an adjustments downwards if there is little appetite, the sp falls accordingly & ,despite the illegality of insider trading & the fact that they are warned beforehand that they are insiders & unable to trade-they nevertheless sell in the market knowing they are buying back ay a 30/40% discount.Outrageous behaviour & the culprits are never bought to account & , frankly, it is The Regulators who should be bought to task as it must be very easy for them to establish who was selling ahead of news & which of those sellers were inside on the raise.
I have several holdings where this has happened recently & the best I have received is a pathetic response saying they are very aware of their responsibilities & take insider dealing very seriously -NO THEY DONT & PIs get screwed-always !
Give it a rest PM. You and iceman have called it so wrong again and again and again.
As I’ve always said plenty of upside if BOD changes
Was obvious to many except you Scott that a placing was coming.
But you aren’t accountable for your own actions ..you like to criticise Adam who is a great guy and me .
You are obviously too heavily invested and too emotional .
Good luck Scott .
A normal CEO would have done it after good news but it never seems to happen with Val.
Porky was not right as he was calling 1p or 2p or no support. 6p is 500% higher and 201 will still likely get done and cash will come when the sub licence is signed. It was always going to be tight.
I feel the rise will be stronger with cash in the bank as it eliminates the fears of a placing. With lab revenue we will likely have 2 years cash and with 201 signed 3 years cash. By then CLX deal will be completed or one of the other compounds giving a large upfront payment so likely this will be the last placing ever. If Adam was on the board I would be more confident of that.
Frustrating as it is, a 16% drop isn't too bad on the face of it. Porky was right about the placing but way off on the numbers, If fully subscribed. They've raised double the cash he suggested with a slightly higher dilution at a much higher price. IF
Laura,
You clearly do not know my trades... just bitter that I have called out discounted placings on both VAL and PYC. Think of all that money you could have saved if you had listened to opposing view points.
Lets face it... they had good teachers in George and Mildred...

Lessons like PHC AFC MAFL
You seem very selective in your wisdom
They're clearly being flexible with the truth in the RNS's and someone needs to make them accountable.
The contradiction across communications and failure to achieve ANY target deadlines makes them an ongoing liability.
Good point well made NH.
At the GM on 4th January there will need to be some detailed actions and ownership on each project to carry the day and help investors make up their minds in viability.
In reality we all knew it was straight binary between 201 being funded and cash running out. At least for now the lights are still on and the asset bank far better than at the time of the 2 125 for 1s that I have been through
You might find that the 'lot that supported the last placing' did quite well as it spiked enough to make significant profits. And they may well have taken part in the latest placing with the intention of dumping the stock once they have reached their profit threshold.
Anybody who puts 5 figure sums into companies like this and who is not registered with the Broker to take place in placings like this clearly does not know how the game is (often) played. I sincerely hope that some of the more disingenuous rampers have believed their hype and have the bitter taste of losing in their mouths today, particularly those who try to attack the messenger rather than the message.
To the naive and innocent - there are always lessons to be learned in investing in AIM shares.
Some of the figures in the placing RNS need some explanation from VAL:
· £0.6 million for the exploitation and integration of BioBank materials from the Imagen assets acquisition; -
From the Imagen acquisition RNS: we expect integration of these assets into our business will be rapid and increase our revenue earning potential in the near term
· £0.2 million for the commercial development and brand establishment within Inaphaea; -
From the Operational update RNS on 28th Sept. 2023: The team at Inaphaea BioLabs have also made good progress with the commercial development plan, raising brand awareness and developing collaborations with complementary service providers to broaden the tCRO® concept. We believe this will help accelerate the identification of revenue generating opportunities as well as introducing the Inaphaea offering to a broader range of clients.
So they haven't actually made progress with the commercial development plan and haven't raised awareness.
· £0.4 million for R&D of the ongoing and intended SPV (Cytolytix)
From the Operational Update RNS on 28th Sept 2023: Opportunities for early partnering are being explored for Cytolytix, with active commercial development to promote the project to potential industry partners.
So partnering opportunities being explored but it still needs £400k to support it? When's that going to be complete then?
@DHM2021
2-4p a given now as we move into next year IMO. Sick of the happy clapping myself. The board has failed to deliver any notable income "again". Some of the posts today are mental. "Good time to invest" etc. Delusional.
In hindsight a placing was so obvious now. Slater turning up, non stop slating the company saying placing, placing, placing, now on the TG saying how much potential they have. Couldn't make it up. Oh, and all the people bailing this week was random ah Suze? Corrupt as the last couple in control.
Typo
In the NEXT round
Pity the lot that supported the last placing. Value is almost halved. Perhaps those thinking of supporting this placing may think twice and wait and get in in the end round at Porky's price of 2-4p
