It’s a big 6 months for Mark Ecclestone as the market won’t tolerate any more dilution . It’s now or never for ME. CEO has to be accountable and if he doesn’t deliver before the next fund raise his position will be untenable imho . That’s why I think he has to cut costs further as too many part timers getting paid too much . Shareholders have had enough . Time to deliver on some of the promises .

Yes agreed porky . I’ve told Mark to cut salaries of anyone who isn’t delivering any revenue or prospects of some .

I’ve also told him to raise more than 6 months money . Bite the bullet and raise enough for 2 years plus for investment .

Raising every 6 months only guarantees one thing …huge dilution and salaries for Mark and his team.

I’m trying to help ME turn this around . Let’s see if he listens but paying a salary of 85k costs us 110k post NI ,pensions etc.

Put shareholders first . However close you are to an employee you have a duty of care to shareholders .

Exactly what I’ve been saying.

ME can work out that if a few high earners took stock in lieu of salary they could make a fortune.

But i dont believe Mark believes in the business .

If he did he wouldnt be paying 110k to a personal bag carrying secretary .

ME will continue to draw a big salary while promising the world and breaking those promises .

This will get ramped but yet agein it’s a sell on any spike as this co will never ever make a profit . It survives on continual fund raisings.

How many shares now in issue ?

Yup they only raised enough for 6 months salaries !

Could’ve raised more but throwing dice on grants .

Now a professional way to run a business .

Should’ve raised £3m but ME would rather pay 100k salaries !! Shame he’s not an experienced CEO ! Raise ,rinse .repeat. As long as salaries are paid no one cares except shareholders !!

Placees will ramp this on Twitter when they think the time is right .

So this will get to 0.25p /0.3p

At last we have an asset !!

ME now needs to sort out a salary or two and this can rally to 0.3p.

Costs us 110k to pay ME secretary . Take action and things will look much better brighter .

I’ve gone from a sell to a strong hold . This will be a sell in 3 months BUT ME has a bit of time to deliver .

Positive : ME has invested a lot of money and for that I duly respect him .

Negatives: he still refuses to cut the 90k salary of a non producing non BOD member . Crazy intransigence .

He promised a 201 deal with Theoremx ..never delivered .

He promised a profitable lab by now . Never delivered .

Let’s see if he delivers anything soon !

Good news is the placees will ramp so anyone buying will probably make 25pct to 50pct once the Twitter gang puff.

Bad news ,ME refuses to cut BDM salary from 90k to 45k cos it’s his best mate . Hes putting mates before shareholders . Shambles .

Gets a lot right BUT when he’s wrong he’s wrong by 1000pct . So he misses the multi baggers like Kinovo .

So he may get 7/10 right but if he’s wrong here he will be wrong by many 1000s pct .

Colin B owns 20pct so he won’t want to dilute by much and he normally stands his corner .

No grudge at all. Love Mark T, we both support Arsenal and are very fond of each other although not spoken for a while.

I just refuse to fund large salaries when Val employees have produced FA and I believe can't spend more than an hour a day on Val matters as there just isn't anything to do .

Notpotalot | still think you're a Val employee or why else would you set up 29 accounts to recommend your own posts lol. The last poster to do that was PM and we know what utter b#!!#x he wrote.

Please remind me how much revenue the two Marks have generated in the last 2 years as that's all that matters!!
