No news at all for a year on these since ME took the CEO role.

I would like to see the lab win some contracts to pay for the £2m per annum of costs . Raise ,spend ,rinse repeat.

I can only afford it when my Val warrants are excercised which reading your posts Stephen (uncanny ) maybe imminent .

Maybe Deeptech can buy £2m of Val shares so we have no need for a raise and no further dilution ?

All these tie ups are nonsense. Show me the revenues ,show me the money. 20 years of zero revenue.

ME was appointed to increase revenue and he has FAILED. Zero revenue means another hugely discounted placing in October imho.

If ME can’t reduce costs to £1.5m per annum and bring in £500k plus of revenue then this public co should be delisted. It’s basically waisting shareholders money to pay the salaries of the BOD and its employees.

Val has cost shareholders a lot of money whilst making its directors and senior staff a lot of money.

The market has had ENOUGH. Promises aren’t good enough any more .

And what about the last year ?

Zero revenues ,£2m of costs .. The Economics don’t add up.

15 years later since all the promises Satu and Suzy made ,201 ,301 and 401 have produced ZERO revenue .

A year ago Mark promised us a deal with Theoremx and lab revenues. Both have produced zero revenues .

So all we are paying for is the salaries of the BOD and employees.

Maybe it s best to go private and have 2 or 3 staff running Cytolix ?

This company can’t survive on £2m of costs as there just isn’t enough for anyone to do and there are no prospects of any revenue.

It’s a complete and utter shambles . I so wish Mark had listened to both Porky and I a year ago and Suzy had of listened to me and Porky 3 years ago.

Adam and Adrian walking away from this mess sums up the prospects here.

Anyone backing this mess with this high cost base needs to seek help.

I’m unlikely to invest in the next raise (likely in Sept:Oct)

We need to raise more than £2m to have a chance with universities and that money just about covers the admin costs.

Cytolix the only thing worth investing in.

If ME promises to reduce the costs he knows are crazy I may have a look but this constant raise ,deliver zero revs, have another raise ,rinse repeat is untenable and the market has had ENOUGH.

As I’ve said I wish I was a trader ! I held Val far too long as I believed in Suzy and her “confident tweets”

I have hold many holdings for many years but why hold here ? With placings annually and at ever falling prices holding Val within 3 months of a raise is very bad practice .

70p to 0.55p is a bl##dy disaster . Paying staff and Admin of £2m with zero revenues makes no economic sense .

The lab is a shambles ,theoremx are a shambles and the cost base is beyond insane.

But you keep believing what ME tells you what you want to believe !! Lol

No one at Val has ever delivered on a promise at Val and zero revenues is not a laughing matter.

I would invest again but I would need to see Adam and Adrian join the BOD as they are so much more commercially savvy than our BOD.

I would also need to see BDM salary cut from £90k to £60k as we can’t afford to carry non scientists at inflated salaries.

Broken promises year after year. We’ve already been let down twice with the lab and Theormx .

I wish I was more of a trader and then I wouldn’t have had so many Val dripping down my leg year after year.

Let me repeat myself. Val aren’t expensive and I hope they double BUT I would be never be comfortable holding any stock within 3 months of cash running out unless I could hold my corner.

A plethora of posts from holders and employees who don’t want to get diluted ,yet again , and who want to hold on to their well paid jobs.

Problem is whatever Mark is promising these posters he’s not delivering a penny of revenue which means the begging bowl comes out again. I will be interested to see how much Mark invests in the next round .

Mark was so so bullish a year ago at the Shard presentation on both Theoremx and the lab. Both delivered FA.

So posters can post what they like. Investors aren’t stupid and know what’s coming in Sept/Oct.

Rinse ,repeat. Rinse ,repeat.

We’ve heard this for at least 10 years from PM but every year we get diluted to pay for v high employee costs.

The only news that will rally us is decent revenue otherwise these RNS’s will get ignored.

Very bad move Adam and Adrian selling out and not being involved on the advisory committee or the BOD.

Such a shame it really is.
