Mark E has passion and it’s great he invested .

He would be good as part of a better team who are paid on performance not on being his buddy.

Bring back Adam and Adrian and I would invest . Not with this BOD .

If i was mark I would raise enough to be able to invest in uni SPV as that’s where we have potential.

There will be no warrants exercised with 3 to 4 months cash runway . If more they will still have to raise a month before it runs out.

I think Cytolix may come good but not this year.

Good luck uxm. I have good mates who hold Val so I hope we can get to 0.5p plus but I can’t see it as there is no revenue coming in . There’s been zero delivery .

I don’t believe pater OR notpot own shares in Val as they are totally unemotionless to losses of 99pct.

Mark E has delivered on zero of his promises .

The only reason he bought more shares is that Val couldn’t raise without him investing .

Mark promised lab revs and 201 contract and has NOT delivered on either .

He refuses to cut costs further and allows his employees to have other jobs as there is nothing to do.

We have zero money to attract uni SPVs . All the funds raised goes to employees salaries . But what exactly do any of them do ? Make a couple of calls a day to ask if any pharma are interests in 20 year old legacy assets ?

Porky is absolutely right . It’s such a shame as Adrian and Adam could’ve turned this around / they are hard working and have commercial nous/ bring them back and I will invest .

Val employees need Val shares up to save their jobs and inflated salaries.

Just ask. How much revenue has come in since ME became CEO …less than 50k

What are costs ? Why are so many employees on 100k ?

I do laugh at your posts as Val has zero revenue ,huge cost base ,years of years of promises which all have been broken . A loss making lab and a CEO who pays staff to contribute zero to the bottom line .

It’s a shambles. I’m absolutely flabbergasted that investors continually donate money to employees salaries when they produce FA. You couldn’t make it up my friend .

Problem my friend is ME hasn’t got a proper hold of Costs paying a non BOD member and non scientist 100k paying best mates that produce zero revenue is a disgrace . It shows a lack of respect for shareholders .

Where are all the promised lab contracts .

ME has surrounded himself with “yes “ men.

Shame he ousted Adrian as he had the commercial nous to make a difference . Adam also lost interest as was treated so badly by the BOD.

I predict more confetti in April /May .

Porky knows this co better than anyone . If he and Adrian joined the BOD I would consider investing but I’ve lost faith in the current BOD who promise the world and deliver FA.

Shares reached my 0.45p target and then dumped .

I’ve no view now and wis shareholders the best of luck: you’ve all been so patient and deserve rich rewards .

Only word of advice ,if Val come back to market for funds please insist on further costs cuts as we aren’t lean enough !

Hopefully there will be no more placings though .

Transform the company by diluting shareholders at 0.6p and 0.25p having been made CEO at 1.3p !!

I would suggest you never buy any company on Aim with less than 6 months cash runway unless it’s a trade.

Val have probably 4 months runway without a grant.

Worrying to say the least. I’m sure ME will be begging Paternoster to keep posting his BS . I’ve always said this may rally to mid 0.4s but be so careful holding for long as more dilution is inevitable as it has been for over 20 years now.

Not normally an investable opportunity. A trade yes BUT where’s the revenue coming from ?

20 years of £2m losses I just can’t see a rally above 0.5p and no way am i in whilst being diluted again.

So trade or buy but don’t hold unless you like dilution !!
