Peel hunt are a market maker and it’s very low quality for a market maker to hold 10pct of shares. Means no other buyers. V v bad news . They’ve already lost loads on their investment .

Val couldn’t raise the required funds cos everyone knows Val can’t generate any revenue.

ME isn’t CEO material and I’m shocked uncanny and other big investors are happy to keep funding Val at ever decreasing market caps whilst agreeing to pay a no n producing revenue BDM £90,000 who may also only be part time at VAL.

Until Mark E puts shareholders before his mates working at the company the shares will continue to fall.

How we can pay a non scientist 90k who isn’t on the BOD absolutely stinks. With 31k of revenue last year for the whole of VAL this salary is totally out of kilter .

With 16 weeks to include the quiet months of Dec and Jan it leaves no time for Val to bring revenue in to stave off another fund raise ?

Wby does ME allow out big salary earners to work elsewhere too ? Just not enough to do is there at Val with our legacy assets not wanted by the market .

I’m shocked they got this raise away and even more shocked ME invested another 90k knowing another raise at lower prices will be essential.

Porky have all 17 raises been executed at lower mkt caps (apart from the rescue placing when Suzy took over ?)

Hope Val survives and delivers on one of its drugs. When Adrian lefr the BOD I knew it was all over cos ME put himself before shareholders interests . Adrian knew what he was doing . He knew that costs HAD to be reduced more. He knew lab was a huge failure.

Looks like ME has lost support from all shareholders inc PM ,Paternoster’s and Uncanny . He has lost them 75pxt of their investment here and needs to CUT costs further . Paying a BDM 90k (costing Val 110k) is INEXCUSEABLE.

Well done for calling this so right.

Such a shame as we had great prospects but once Adam and Adrian left as shareholders and employees / BOD members the writing was on the wall.

For me the biggest red flag was the 90k payment to a non revenue producing employee with no scientific knowledge. If ME really cared about shareholders he would have cut costs further . Val is NOT lean .

Please tell me what you think will happen in March when the cash raised runs out ? There is obviously only enough money for wages(can’t be enough work for them all to do though !) and no money to invest in CLX .

Is the lab worth anything ?
