Instead of generating revenue over the last two years Mark E is dependent on govt grants and exercise of warrants .

It’s not how a CEO should be running his business . Mark is now totally reliant on you and Paternoster ramping here so that Val shares rally so that he can raise more funds at a smaller discount .

By my maths anyone buying today can look forward to a 40pct to 60pct loss by end May . So shame on you notgotalot for pretending all is rosy when it’s a bl##dy mess.

Pater and notpot are obviously in constant touch with Mark E as Uncanny has shrewdly sold out on their ramps .

It’s been a dismal year for Val with the usual fluffy RNS ‘s BUT no revenue coming in . I wouldn’t invest in a business that’s heavily reliant on govt grants and shareholder bail outs .

Mark E you need to raise enough to invest in Cytolix and new SPV’s so probably £2m. Anything less just pays salaries for a year or 2 and shareholders have no interest in that.

There’s been NO profit since ME got appointed 2 years ago . In fact there have been huge losses and we are still dependent on shareholders funding the salaries here .

Its attractive at 0.6p but im no longer a long term holder because management already had an attractive share option package but cos we are all diluted they’ve decided to lower their hurdle prices and double their share rewards . This is a reward for failure . Only Adam is investing a decent amount . The rest of them have a free ride .

I wonder if the BOD would’ve accepted the dilution if they weren’t getting a much better option package ? Hmmmm

Read the rns ,details in there . Package is much more favourable ! More options issued at much lower prices . To retain BOD ..as if they would leave otherwise !

They had to reprice the options as the shares had fallen a long way from their recent 1.4p high . Not sure why they got repriced.

I’m upset by this raise as the co stressed so many times they had enough cash runway until summer 2027. Yet we are now raising money for supposedly good reasons at a 40pct discount to where we were trading at only a few weeks ago.

Not happy at all. But Turner pope will be delighted . Huge fees and warrants for them . No wonder we never rallied above 1p on all the RNS”s.

Mark made two promises when he was appointed CEO:

To do a 201 deal ..probably with Theoremx .

To get the lab into profit .

Both not happened .

If Mark had been told VAL would still be making huge losses every year and very little revenue generated 2 years after he became CEO he would have been shocked .

You can’t keep relying on govt grants and shareholder money . At some point you have to cut costs more or increase revenues . It just hasn’t happened.

Shambles .

So to succeed we need to 1/ cut costs to the bone 2/ raise £2m to last 18 months so we don’t have to rely on 9 monthly raises .

Whether there is a raise in April or June matters not.

IMHO anyone buying here is out of their mind as one should wait for a discount if one is to buy at all.

ME has delivered zero revenue and hardly any noteworthy news since he joined .

For me to buy in a placing ME would have to halve one or two salaries as they are just not producing anything worthwhile for Val. He will also have to raise at least a years money either by raising enough money or by reducing these salaries.
