It does look dire but you got to hand it to ME ,he’s investing another 90k so maybe he sees something none of us can or maybe he will finally listen to me and cut costs further? As I’ve said many times ,we are paying the BDM 90k which costs Val over 110k which means we are NOT lean.

The money raised is not enough to pay the BOD and management for more than 4 months which is a real shame as we needed to invest in Cytolix

If I was Mark I would half everyone’s salary ,pay them stock in lieu of salary and tell them to perform and they will make more money than via a salary. With this extra money Val can then invest in Cytolix.

Pm I mean pp thinks the warrants will get exercised.

By my maths we have £100k cash but not enough to pay Oct salaries so begging bowl out in next 3 weeks imho .

I agree with porky ,he’s called this 100pct right for years now. It’s a lifestyle business. You can attend as many conferences as you can but it doesn’t pay the wages.

Discounts are 50 to 60pct often with warrants ..see GDR

But Val lose over £1.5m a year and will make another substantial loss next year. The market may say “we have had enough “ and “the directors have a loss making lab so why should we fund their salaries at ever decreasing prices of fund raises “

I said I wouldn’t post much which I haven’t ,in fact not at all!

Had to just respond to your latest post.

Good podcast . Mark I believe is hard working and it’s great he holds a decent percentage stake here.

Just two major problems here :

1/ There is zero revenue(or v v little ) coming in . Lab contracts are non existent (or v v few)

2/ cost base still far too high .(one or two on astronomical salaries )

So Mark hasn’t delivered much since his CEO appointment .

Good luck mate ,you deserve to make money but with a raise due in next 4 to 6 weeks we need some revenue and fast !

Won’t post again for a while but felt you would want my opinion on this latest podcast.
