The market isn’t stupid. It knows a raise is coming in Sept/Oct to pay the v v high salaries of directors / BDM.

Where’s the revenue coming from to justify £2m of annual costs ? It’s a shambles Stephen ,shambles.

Always see the biggest ramping in VAL before a raise ..every single year to keep directors in highly paid jobs having delivered zero revenue…for yet another year !

My main worry is the need to raise £2m within 2 to 3 months so any good potential good news may get ignored. It’s too late in the day.

We’ve been made so many promises year after year for 2 decades and year after year we need to raise £2m per annum to cover huge cost base whilst no revenues are coming in .

It’s just not a successful economic model.

holders who don’t want to get diluted …again.

Problem is mark ecclestone has STRUGGLED to bring in any revenue .

Cost base is ridiculously high as there just isn’t that much to do.

By my maths ,Mark will get the begging bowl out in September.

Good post but l'm not a buyer at any price.

Anyone buying into a company that needs money within 3 months will lose money 9 times out of 10.

I'm not bearish on VAl share price as mkt cap is low but

ME has left it late with news as our balance sheet is weak.

Revenue is still minimal and costs too high. Mark hasn’t done a bad job but I’m v disappointed with the amount of lab contracts .

I have only bought and sold once since the last placing.

I sold out on the last spike on Ambrose news as don’t want to be holding a share that needs to raise a lot of money (£2m) within a few months .

It upsets me to see management kick out a great non exec. It also upsets me that shareholders here have lost fortunes because mgmnt don’t care about costs.

Theoremx were a joke but mgmnt ignored my claims and now I’m telling you Ambrose won’t raise a penny.

We are being taken for fools.

I genuinely hope we double in price as I have friends who hold shares but i don’t rate this mgmnt team.

We all also have to be thankful to Porky who has called this stock so well. Pm and paternoster and many others have ramped this to high heaven yet the shares have crashed 99pct. Shame on you all.

How dare you Porky !! The BDM books all ME appointments . What’s the going rate for a glorified secretary ? £90k ?

If ME didn’t have stupid shareholders like us financing these guys salaries he wouldn’t be paying out 90k (probably £120k in total) to anyone who wasn’t producing at least 500k in revenue.

Revenue is near to zero so please answer me this .Why we paying 90k for a secretary ? Beggars belief . Shocking .

I actually feel sorry for Mark. He’s v passionate and imho works hard to make a success of Val.

To talk all about cost cutting (he knows we aren’t lean !) is actually a very sad admittance that we are generating little to no revenue. No idea why this is so as we have a lab which should be winning contracts .

Hope ME can pull something out the bag as a HUGE 3 months ahead. ME deserves a bit of luck.

Critical 3 months where the directors will be desperate for a share price rally to ensure another year of inflated salaries vs performance.

Rampers gonna ramp now incessantly as need shares to rally .

To have this little revenue is a disgrace . ME needs to cut salaries NOW ..before it’s too late as no one will give this lot another penny.

Mark is performing in some areas but if he can’t generate revenue why keep this extortionate cost base ?
