PM - I suspect your first sentence in that post is pure speculation regarding Porky9's financial situation, unless you happen to be his accountant which seems unlikely. Also pure speculation, but it looks as if you and possibly at least one other are limbering up for a renewed session of t urd polishing. Time will tell.
Pure speculation and given you lost all your money on 4D and have nothing left to invest not exactly surprising.
One can also say the LOI would change and they could get 4/5 million upfront payments. The basis of the merger is that TRX has access to significant cash and has a strong pipeline as stated in the article.
Go based on facts. The deadline was for DD not for an RNS to be released given you cannot even read then why listen to the rest. Had it failed they would have to inform us so it has passed that stage. Even an extension would have required notification.
Well as the EUDA LOI was issued on the 5th October and the 30 days and 15 days more extension is now well and truly over has anyone actually asked EUDA if the merge deal is still a consideration?
EUDA do not IMO need to put out a statement IF the merger if OFF, they only need to put out a statement if its proceeding, its only an intention to review something.
Doesn't affect me as I already have my answer but there is nothing to stop the larger holders here asking the question? The contact at EUDA that could confirm this is:-

Good luck
"We know the reasons why TRX were picked as it has been discussed 100s of times."
Did Val pick TRX or, in reality, were they the only organisation that showed any interest in 201?
@ratcliffewriter
IMO 201 is 100% a dead duck unfortunately. Its a 14 year old asset that has been really badly managed. The last three years kicking it down the field with TheoremRx has been at best an act of pure incompetence by the VAL BOD and at worst a act of spin to try and maintain this ridiculously high market cap.
Either of two things will happen next IMO Best case: THX will merge with EUDA but there wont be any cash but a promise to raise but it might help maintain this SP whilst hopeium remains. Then shortly after, terms for 201 get renegotiated with ZERO cash upfront and SP continues to drift. Worst case: EUDA pull the plug on merging with TheoremRx and then the SP tanks to just under 2p (Rough calculation of £2.25 mcap / 130m shares in issue = 1.75p)
By June and the AGM neither 201 or 401 will have been executed IMO and by September they will be back for another raise hence why Suzy is only prepared to waste £4k on buying stock despite earning over £160k a year plus benefits.
Anyhow, at least the BOD are fine and had a good Christmas, i think some pay rises and bonuses are in order after all they have been successful in pulling off yet another placing AND moreover at a much higher price than anyone expected when the stock was sitting at 5p pre the ramp and hype bubble campaign.
If I remember correctly, the 201 cohort was very small because the available patients were very sick men in advanced prostate cancer. The available pool of recruits was very limited.
That is what a phase 2A trial would produce anyway. The aim is to complete the larger phase 2 trials and that would give the milestone and upfront payments. You can't say if you got a preclinical deal worth 100s million that it has not been tested on humans for instance as that is not the aim at the stage.
We know the reasons why TRX were picked as it has been discussed 100s of times.
Has anyone considered the possibility that whatever Suzy's level of scientific or managerial competence, 201 is simply a dead duck? Tiny number of patients on a safety and tolerability trial only, and now inches deep in dust on the shelf. If a specialised funding finder has got nothing in over 2 years, why withdraw from the LOI - the only spinnable spark of hope that can be waved in front of shareholders? Suzy may actually be working as hard as possible, but is basically trying to plait fog.
Any update on the lab? How many clients? Has the first been and been billed? What income have we banked?
Are the Board still supporting the ageing TRx link?
Weak as p1ss effort if it is Ray; Considering how many shares the BOD bought in the recent placing.
It didn't give me the impression a 201 licensing deal was close.
Or it could be a sounding out exercise for the next pump and dump
My thoughts straight away NH.
Which VAL employee are you then? ;-)
I must add that I feel the current BOD has done a great job building this company and that this will be reflected in the share price over the coming weeks.
I am confident that the licensing deal for 201 is nearing completion, which I believe will provide the company with a substantial runway and numerous opportunities in the pipeline for the next 12 months. Additionally, I understand that lab contracts are poised for imminent rollout. With these developments, I maintain confidence in the company's valuation and foresee a significant rise in the coming months.
At this point, patience is required as we await the conclusion of the merger.
Hopefully it results in P45's for Cox and Treherne and Suzy being shifted to a different role.
I think a new group must of been formed. Some very big holders have had enough and started to take action I hear. Good on them.
Hope so, HD.
I wasn't convinced that the Private TG had the stones to challenge her and instigate changes. Fair play if they have/are about to.
I wouldn't be so sure on that NH. Lots of rumblings behind the scenes and action about to be taken one way or another. About time! She's far too comfortable in her Ivory tower at share holders expense.
Have shareholders not been forcing her out already??!! Hows about go go there, tie a hook and rope to wheels of her chair and drag it out :)
I think she will let us know it’s dead after she is forced out by the shareholders and will then blame us for the failure
Why they aren't banging Adam's door down to have a hands on role is what is baffling and concerning. Its an open goal
Another £400k needed to spend on CLX001 according to the placing and an admission that they can't get the formulation right at the latest Q&L. ;-)
IN MY OPINION I'd be surprised if there's any progress on that front until H2 at the earliest.
Prepare for yet another dismal year at VAL courtesy of Suzy & Kevin.
EUDA up to $1.55 (+5.44%)
The market seems to think the merger will happen.
Trouble is, with such a modest upfront payment for 201, it won't be a big SP rise. Plus, they'll be plenty of 10% flippers of placement shares to hold us back.
I think we're stuck at sub 10p for the foreseeable future, unless Cytolytix gets funded for P1 with an upfront payment.
However, Cox and Treharne haven't managed to sell a bean in three years, so I ain't hopeful.
Stella for me. 🍺
Anyone like to speculate when Dilly will confirm that the LOI from November 2021, is dead?
26 months of obfuscation.
Trying to stay positive here but silence is deafening
