Rudd is the Chairman. Heralded thus 'Sir Nigel has an impressive track record in creating value for shareholders....' in the RNS that announced him on 25th July last year.

I am afraid I cannot further endorse that 'impressive track record 'on the basis of where the share price finds itself now as Destinty removes itself into limited company status.

Share price now 2.25p valuing the company at c £2.2million yet cash in bank 27 days ago was c £ 2.9m so if there is a predator out there surely now is the time. Pick it up and threw in the pipeline royalties and XF 73. Whats to lose?

£2.89m market cap at the moment. SP high in year to date 82p . (96m or so shares in issue). Current sp c3p. Cash in Bank XF 17 promise, and promise of Sebela royalties down the line. My word what a joke.

Is there an intention to oppose the shape shift into private limited company status? If so how do I sign up?

IMO the Board must surely address the fall from 81p and give a candid update on progress viz discussions. Early April please. Time too for Sir Nigel and CT to shine I hope. Early April please.
