If T are serious agree a non refundable option for a further extension ie require a sizeable non refundable payment and if the next date (make it short) passes without tying things up wave goodbye and obviously keep the payment.

This all seems amateur hour to me.

Feel like I am waiting at a bus stop for a hot date to arrive. She is late but has texted me twice to say 'dont worry I am on my way'. Cannot help feeling that I am wasting my time but hope is keeps me rooted.

Bottom line imv an eager pursuer would not drag it on this long unless it knew it could. I would have favoured no second extension. So by end of June please Suzy; or walk away from it especially in light of the dicta that it was the lead item in T's pipeline.

Anything on how the intended sale is going? £1m or so in sales last year with market expanding and stella endorsements (imv). Surely, a selling price N of £10million or is it a fire/ asset stripping sale?

Suzy, if T have not got it together by now, why not cut them adrift before month end? Too much slack given already imv.

If Val is top of the List why dont TheoremRx raise specifically for it and deal with the balance financing separately if indeed it is the balance or part(s) within that are the reasons for the delays thus far.

Personally, if the current extension is missed; I think Val should move on.
