Are you suggesting that the TG is acting as the comms for the company? I assume that even as a private company they will need a shares register?

As you well know, they are exploring options which is why they de-listed, I and many others I suspect are certainly not ready to write them off just yet.

Xviolet they did also say......'but not limited to, making an offer to purchase DGI’s operating subsidiaries and/or assets'

that bit sounds like a cheeky bid to me.

This could be a missed opportuntiy for us, or it could mean that the BOD have something else lined up, pretty sure we will know soon enough.

They are delisting so that they have better funding opportunities, so not likely to do while still listed as what would be the point . The gamble/risk is in the next few weeks, but be brilliant if they tell us on Monday that they have secured the investment they wanted. Exciting times ahead and I am happy to hold unlisted as I think there is huge potential

No, I think the share price will recover.

Lots of good buys coming in even with the well published news of delisting, you are clearly not alone in thinking this could be a good punt Wakeyinvestor.

Take great care with the advice given to sell etc , not sure it is wise to take unregulated financial advice from someone on a bulletin board. There are always people trying to talk a share down whether they have an interest in a lower share price or are simply hobbyists enjoying the discussions.

You can see the risks and the opportunities regarding delisting on sites such as the Gov. websites and also how it affects Sipps and Isa's.

Excellent post, with good points made especially emphasis on ' going private poses risks and opportunities' .

This management team are still showing themselves to be different from the norm, which is understandable as they had been working with one of the most unorthodox but successful business men in the world. For me their business model/approach makes the share even more exciting long term ( but riskier of course).

The travel in my opinion will be bumpy but hopefully new and accelerated company develpment will lead to much higher growth and return for those of us that stick with it.

Some interesting trades going on and bottom line is whether glass is half full or empty etc etc. I am sticking with my holding at the moment as I think the product is good, and much can happen before the delisting takes place at the end of the month.

ISA situation is a bummer though but still potential to make a good return even after tax paid!

That pump was very cleverly done, up to 65p a share if I remember correctly.

I thought we had finally agreed there had been a mistake and that it was actually 450 working days!
