Yes, the SP does tend to dip off the back of good news with TRX, which is the complete opposite of what it should do really lol!
Let's see if next week starts a new trend ;-)
I think results will be as expected too , I also expect this to be marked down after results , that's just the way it goes. Not sure what will boost this at the moment , but I will continue to hold as one day it will just take off without warning.
I am fairly confident that the interims will be ok but then the captain of the Totanic felt the same about missing the iceberg!!
I haven't topped up for a while. I'm still confident in TRX, but hoping to put the house on the market next year, so need to redirect my finances.
Fingers crossed for a positive update and a boost to the SP. My shares are currently worth about 10k, so whilst I won't be able to buy somewhere outright (despite being up north), anything towards a decent deposit would be very welcome!
And to you. Yes I hope we see continued progress, nothing to suggest that won’t be the case but at some point growth will have to accelerate - foundations are there just time and good fortune
Have a big holding here
I've topped up this morning. Not expecting any nasty surprises in the trading update, and hoping for continuing progress re sales/profits. To be fair the management team have been consistent. Good luck all
next update 5th sept!

notice of interim results
investor presentation
tissue regenix group plc (aim: trx), the regenerative medical devices company, confirms that it will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 june 2023 on tuesday 5 september 2023.
investor briefing
daniel lee, chief executive officer, and david ****e, chief financial officer, will host a live online presentation relating to the interim results via the investor meet company platform at 4.30pm on tuesday 5 september 2023. the presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders.
I’ll be tuning in - would be good to have an update on all the new distribution agreements
I won't be able to make the presentation, but I'm hopeful of good news. Hopefully it will be reflected in the share price too!
Tend to agree. But true value will come in the end. The only thing that bugs me slightly is that the growth rate isn’t great. At this level (current revenues) they should be targeting between 35-50% growth levels year on year if the market is that scalable. They really need to start pumping up the distribution agreements to drive the company forward and trigger the expansion plans asap. I believe 2023 results and the next year is crucial for a turn in sentiment for Tissue Regenix.
For some reason, the company doesn’t seem to appeal to investors. The daily volumes are terribly poor, and this is something the company and nominated brokers need to review and sort out.
It’s amazing how many healthcare companies are valued over 500 million on alternative markets and have been losing tens of millions year on year, and our company is becoming profitable and is valued at a poxy 37 million at the current share price.
I call it my balloon share. It gets batted up on a decent RNS but then drifts back down with nothing to bat it back in to the air. Lets have a decent RNS then some news flow to keep it in the air. Still happy to hold though and the recent presentation boosted my confidence in this company.
This is like watching drying paint. Totally boring but at some point it will be touchable....(We hope)
Yes, it is utterly baffling. I suspect once the distribution agreement are up and running and regulatory approvals made this will take off. But even as things stand the SP should be around the £1 mark on TRX's fundamentals. Is there something we don't know or can't see around the products and their future uses, future fund raise for next growth phase.... All indicators are positive at the moment so hopefully re rate and then upwards for this great company. If the SP does not improve then surely a TO has to be a distinct possibility
A frustrating stock nevertheless. I'm in the red now, and whilst I still have confidence in TRX, I'm chalking it up to the market in general being flat rather than a poor product.
I just feel as though every single time we have good news - and TBF we've been fortunate enough to have quite a lot, it's never really been reflected in the SP. I'm not sure what will have to happen before we have lift off. Yes, improvement in the global market, just don't know what that looks like.
Just means more time to buy cheap stock.
Results... yhink yhey will be ok..
Half year results are due out by 6th of September, fingers crossed we see the move into profitability continue.
I'd like to think when it comes to phase 2 expansion we largely do it from existing cash resources.
Unfortunately we are up against general apathy in the small cap end of the market, fingers crossed a full year of profitability will allow other institutional investors to come on board, 50p share price will hopefully be a distant memory in the years ahead.
Agree. Have been buying further shares in small amounts. Results next month will tell us more but with the new distribution agreements in place, new products, settled and capable management team in place this will I hope see steady improvement in the years ahead - with the pace picking up when they expand their production facility in two years time - happy for a rights issue at that time unless hopefully they use their loan facility dependant on interests rates
Good luck to all holders
Just relax and be patient, and top up when you have the funds.
This will be much higher in the long-term, so don't fret the day to day fluctuations on low volumes.
It's our little secret for now :)
Yep , mm's move this sp on no volume , usually down. I will be very suspicious should Mr Snell come up with another 10million added , as his buys never move the sp until the TR1 is announced. It doesn't sit well in my mind, especially as it usually retraces soon afterwards.
I agree. Just total lack of interest. Very few trades, crazy just a few sells can have such a great impact on sp. It will come good imo but scary ride
Hi all, find it super bizarre the dipping SP. Everything ok track and out performing expectations. Are you people waiting for a next quarterly update or is it just not on peoples radars? This seems like such a safe bet for a healthy return imo! Cheers
Some of the competition are not very good
https://arstechnica.com/health/2023/07/not-again-bone-grafts-linked-to-another-deadly-bizarre-tb-outbreak/
'For the second time, contaminated bone graft products from the medical company Aziyo Biologics Inc. are linked to a highly unusual and deadly outbreak of tuberculosis.
This week, three new tuberculosis cases were identified, bringing the outbreak total to five, according to Politico. One person has died. The contaminated material, used for surgical and dental procedures, was implanted in at least 36 other patients, who are now being treated as if they have tuberculosis.
Aziyo Biologics issued a recall of all of its bone matrix products earlier this month "out of an abundance of caution" after the first two cases were identified. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that all unused products from the affected lot have been sequestered so that they will not be used. The affected materials had been sent to health care facilities in California, Michigan, New York, Oregon, Texas, and Virginia.'
This is yet another tester of the faith... I just look at the major holders though and think they probably know more than me...
I’d say whoever is selling these is not a very clever investor.
