Re close to fraud - certainly from the CEO. FD Though clearly had his hands full - accounts not signed off, booking of business timings, profitability of contracts - it is hard if the CEO who was a snake oil salesman is overly selling opportunities etc. I have a feeling our acting CEO will save the day and lead this company to the promised land. Nothing to suggest it is in trouble and now INV grossly undervalued

Done for ringing. I thought and had hoped that was the case. I do hope he is given the CEO role and that this company finally delivers on its promise. They cleared the decks from non execs to CEO. So hopefully, now, finally we can go forward as we should have done. Going to be a slow march forwards but at least we won’t be sold snake oil. Company is great for environment, great set-up and just need the right team. They seem to have good operational people.

Too many of these having bought into slick CEO - not the first time. To be fair he was a total salesman and bull-hitter and has made off like a bandit. New FD uncovered issues, clearly. He is responsible for financials not the pipeline. Appoint him CEO, right thing has been done, now let’s get on with it and quickly. Still great promise but how do these CEOs get away with it?

Had a great passion for all things lighting - hope the new person has that same passion. Reassuring he will be in the background. He and his family retain a substantial stake in the company and I wander what will happen to that - might be a great time for a predator to strike

Of failure including wrestle cash on Serenity, his salary and other failed projects. Prove EG first and then look elsewhere. Tired of it. If 80% chance of success let’s have the win first before any more money is squandered

A packet under successive CEOs so no way voting for R6. Just raised - need to make a case for yet more dilution.

Company must have had serious leverage to drive HS out and given the related resignations. CFO (hopefully shortly to be CEO) and Harwood may have saved the day here. Seems like they have a strong workforce and are wonderfully positioned so hopefully good times ahead in this environmentally drives company

I had thought they were at a key stage in their development. Some great contracts, on numerous panels, good tender team, CFO who knows what he is doing (hope he is confirmed in CEO post) - potential first profit. Very clear serious mistakes made in the past over financials and the sale of the business - also never bought why Luceco sold its stake and the lack of explanation over these sudden departures. As I say as long as nothing sinister to come (obviously some chance of that) then we should be up and away in my view

Need an update with the decks having been cleared to this extent. Understandable given the many mistakes (but seemed to be in the past with new FD on board) so why now - hope there is not something grim that has come to light rather then just getting a stronger team to take this company where it should be.

Total change at the top - probably encouraged by radaptive/harwood. Serious business acumen in the current team - less worried about anything sinister - looks like clearing the decks after mistakes made in the last couple of years

Departure must mean background issues. FD a great person to fill the role so that is a plus but SP will drift lower without explanation. Hope comms have been good with the workforce - H seemed quite a charismatic person

I hope will shortly confirm why the CEO suddenly resigned just as the company turns a massive corner. At the very least confirmation that all goes well and there is not a sinister explanation for HS’s sudden departure. Interim CEO seems impressive.

I never understood HS’s involvement in REE given his role as CEO in EAAS. So not a surprise but I liked his approach and he seemed to have strong communication and people skills. A shame but the FD has been superb since starting, the business seems to be strong so I am hoping the FD ‘s position as CEO is made permanent
