Turmoil all the more reason to communicate results and especially SR. I would have said the on-current uncertainty would kill the SP if that had not happened already. On-going silence will prevent what I hope will be a slow recovery back to where we were.

Hoping, given they are a UK based business seeking UK sourced mainly public sector contracts, this company will go from strength to strength despite the madness currently enveloping the world. To be honest those who react to people like ULI are just as bad. It is a share discussion site nothing more and some people like to stoke others up - but it is all on-line does not matter and you are just feeding his ego - can see him giggling every time you insult him - just pointless

Results in a difficult market. Professionally run company - a credit to AIM and increased dividend. Spotted a great opportunity with EAAS too

LTH and ignored the advice not to go big on one share but I rated management (trusted them), loved the products and just as it was about to turn profitable and leverage its years of hard work and expertise it falls off a cliff. It makes no sense. Even the reaction to slowing sales has been over done - who knows, we are left in the dark. We’ll see shortly - bet not good news but good news is sp can only fall another 36p - crazy.

More I think this through (dog walk) the more I think you are right. Either sale of company or get rid of non profitable/high cost processes/products, dilutive fund raise and concentrate on current profitable areas whilst developing in demand new products. Probably a bright future but years ahead

That is a pretty good shout. I still don’t get the SP - if meeting their expectations (appreciate their expectations) then the sp should not have dropped by as much as it has. They have made considerable progress since the fundraiser at 25p and will also have learnt a great deal about the market they operate in and how best to leverage it. That is unless the RNS of a few days ago was utterly misleading. What is worrying is why on earth would they not have set out the options they were looking at unless their is an acquirer and why hold back results - it suggests something more sinister

These are small shareholders selling their stakes in a thin market to say the least - not far off panic

No IIs as there is no market to speak off - just need to await upcoming key RNS - so disappointing that it has been put off - delay not normally good news but recent RNS confirms sales meeting expectations so who knows

You may well be right but fairly elaborate ruse to cover up poor performance or lack of interest. Also disingenuous bordering on dishonest - that is not my read of these particular directors whether aim or not

You may be right - we’ll find out as they say in due course but I perhaps foolishly am mildly reassured that trading is as expected rather then their having lost a big client or worse

If trading as expected which implies slower growth but still growth given ‘expectations’ I would imagine must be on-going talks whether MBO (given low SP) or buy out. Reassuring nothing sinister in the background so more optimistic then I have been in awhile here. If going private surely would have done so by now.

I did! Used my shares to call for EGM which board used a technicality to defeat which is their right but did not do the decent thing and listen to us. The board and our views was how we got enough votes to call for the egm

I can only answer for myself - I have had a large shareholding that started when the sp was fifteen times higher.. This is one of the few venues where you can vent your frustration and also live in the hope management read these boards. It can also lead to shareholders galvanizing themselves into action as with my joining the recent, failed egm attempt. Also, you just get tired of continued incompetence, repeated failures, false promises and although I accept might impact the share price I want to warn others from making the same mistake I made. Still like us all hope they pull a rabbit out of the proverbial hat

We need to await formal results and related call before forming a view - clear business has slowed but only recently so need to know why and also potential new products etc. Dramatic fall in SP suggests issues which as outsiders we are not privy to - RG or any other big current player staying on sidelines even at current low market cap. Would be happy with a sale as really don’t want Trx to go private.
