We are so over-due an RNS - even if bad news - without update gives insiders a chance to get out when they stay quiet like this

SRs should be conducted swiftly and conclusively - that has not happened

Grim SP - really believed in the management team here

I know - and so few RNS’s - what is happening with regulatory applications, new contracts, the review. 2025/6 should be the years we really fly. I am hoping silence is due to on-going talks with an acquirer. The SP makes no sense.

Me too. Yes the last small trade was clearly a buy. Going to stick with TRX too but risky economic environment. Guess re Tariffs they manufacture largely in the US where the market for our products largely is so attractive a larger player

Looking forward to further detail next month on TU - in particular cash burn and progress on expansion.

Lots of sales today with sp decline

Did not see this coming in what seemed a great company operating in a growth market - not sure what is behind this decline save for slow down in growth and cash reduction (with $6mn of the loan monies spent) but despite this still growing and seemingly on the way to something special - this strategic review should have been concluded by now - creating uncertainty along with Donald T

Yes like being caught in the sea of tranquility. Odd though as many days of share sales, clearly bored small holders moving on to other shares. Despite those sales and low turnover the SP has stayed stable. As a LTH I am hopeful this will prove to be down to on-going take-over discussions.

Actually some smart people here and am sure we would be in a different place if some of them had been co-opted onto the board

Been to many of their live presentations - the most depressing was just before serenity drill - it was as if they had joined the major leagues by drilling (like a kid getting a new toy) but at what risk?

I am in the same boat and also supported the EGM but have since sold most of my holding. Kept back some for personal reasons as well but if EG is a flop there will be nothing left worth bothering about - promising company has been run into the ground. The really sad thing that I bitterly regret is that I am not one of EOG's directors!

Yes - would be interested too. Seemed like it was wholly outside of her control. She appears to have delivered on her plan - no easy task turning around a huge, complex company which had completely lost its focus

Saddest bit after wasting all the gains we had on wressle is mention of further opportunities in Africa. NO, cut costs dramatically and await farm out decisions or sell what little is left of the company

I guess you have to take account that the German joint venture number is not on the 31m so not as bad as I first thought

Board turned us down on a technicality and did not have the integrity to even entertain the views of a significant group of shareholders. Untouchable and can continue to enjoy their new office, travel costs/ expenses and salaries whilst the company slowly dies

With tissue market predicted to double in short to mid term, TRX growing (albeit still small) and healthcare budgets ever increasing they must be an attractive proposition. If not bought then imminent trading update will be key to maintaining current stagnated SP. Who knows but think we will hear any day.

Completely agree. Wander if some short term turbulence re the percentage sum due or slower growth in business then anticipated. This can only go one way mid to long term and I love the fact Lucio are involved here - their ceo is a sharp cookie.

Does it take to complete a strategic review. Unless TRX is in discussions about being bought out - their thoughts on future should have been finalised by now. Hopefully upcoming TU will clarify
