Why put up with public listing if not valued fairly? Still hoping for a buy out but silence has been prolonged - and from a company that was good at keeping shareholders informed

Decent sized contracts and like you, tendered for many nhs contracts. To get on a panel to even go for such contracts is hard enough but to win one so quickly is exceptional. No lose proposition and with link to Luceco bodes well for the future

Yes, depressing - been zero news from the company for a long time now apart from the TU which given no news on further DAs, regulatory approvals, factory expansion and most of all SR outcome has led to where we are today

Who knows. As much as you can tell on teams they have always seemed straight and skilfully kidded the company back to life. What is odd though is the seeming sudden change of fortunes and the bid or interest thereof does seem to be odd especially given the time that has elapsed without an update. Might well be bad news ahead, just hope my reading of them was right

Is normally posted by now - company normally very good at following precedent. Results out towards end of month when we will get more detail as to why drop off in second half and plans going forward. Surely SR must be over by now? Keeping my tings firmly crossed - seemed a super company with a bright future - went far too heavily in here.

The underlying business is growing strongly albeit at a slower pace - I would not be averse to a rights issue to write off their debt

Perhaps foolishly just bought a few more - normally bad news around the corner when sp falls quickly as insiders sell but I rate this business and believe in its mid to long term future

2nd half was undoubtedly poor and unless I read the update wrong end of year turn over outside of EBITA below expectations

But unless they have lost a significant client, it remains a winning business - and, of course, there may be another for it
