To 9 months since last formal results and almost 5 months since TU. when I was in business we approached results publication dates as sacrosanct as it reflected business credibility.

This delay is very odd - young go ahead company with impressive team and product - wander if it is further issues with accounts or something more positive going on in the background. We will know in next few weeks

Think you are right - maybe uncovered more issues but surely the US backing and DD that would have been done would have uncovered anything serious - 2025 as you say should be cracking

Well know any day now - not often ‘fun’ when an AIM company delays results etc but this feels different

A significant part of the statement concerns Lithium prices, quite rightly

SAV taking calculated risk they will, as predicted, recover. If they do which we all hope great but if they don’t or decline further we are in grave trouble. No one is banging on about prices

At very least if sales are growing at a slower pace this should encourage board and wider team going forward. If expansion takes place as planned they have a super platform to build on. The big issue is SP and the section the company takes as a result. Could today’s news encourage a suitor?

Guess it does not matter if going private but every day results delayed leads to sp damage and decline - my significant investment has been decimated. Scarcely believable but sp almost back to day when company was in effect refloated. Bizarre, given all the progress made even if sales have slowed. Results board, please. Dispel the doubters!

Yes - it has been a shocking decline. Clearly a great project but if the product becomes too cheap then this will obviously be pulled or kept on ice. Predictions of significant lithium price recovery in the years to come but no one projected this fast a decline so not the safe bet it looked. Comms have been brilliant, community engagement attempts super, operation professional - deserves to succeed.

There is no way of removing WH - having used my shares to help demand an egm they used a technicality to defeat us not even pausing to listen to our issues. We had a chance once with wressle to do something special but our North Sea adventure put paid to that. Several million more on EG - if that does not work too what is the point of wh resigning - there will be nothing left.

My guess is that they are deciding what to do next (as they will be expected to outline the same along with their results) so need time to decide as well as outline new products and future direction of the company given slowdown in growth - we’ll see but it always looks poor and is worrying when companies do not stick with their reporting timetable. Hopefully here it is for positive reasons

Yes always been on time and seemingly doing better then well. These delays are normally due to background issues good or bad - hoping for the former

Well written - did not have the willpower to write the same in response. People love the idea of conspiracys and manipulation when the answer why the drop here is abundantly clear as you have explained. SP unlikely to recover until this relentless drop in price ceases and then turns round
