If we had a rns today or tomorrow I would expect it to be saying either no deal or not until next year as an odd time to seal the deal. The fact there has not been an update I hope means discussions are continuing - not bothered by timing just get the agreement signed early next year.

Let's hope this time their projections are accurate - to be fair the divorce must have been painful but I feel from the AGM we have a good combination of directors between the FD and MD and boy they are active in promoting this company in this fast growing and environmentally key business

An eye on SP as, as ever, there will be buying before any announcement - fact price is 2p plus is a great sign. Would think it will be Jan /Feb before news but would love to be surprised.

Not received well by the market. They have had accounting issues, no lump sum from sale and LUCE’s decision to disinvest and again not delivered on numbers - so yes concerning

It is a small company however and nothing ever goes as you expect - tiny market for a company with its fingers in so many pies. If the prediction for 2026 holds true this will fly in my view. Seemingly getting on top of costs given EBITA numbers. These panel appointments take a long time to bed in - once you get a couple and they go well word spreads quickly. They are in a fast growing and essential market and are incredibly active (check out their LinkedIn posts). Been burnt badly many times but in my view we are in for some fun years and in a critical sector for the environment

Fly 2025 expected number but must have been £25/£26m. Disappointing but felt inevitable given recent management comments but overall this looks like a business with tremendous momentum. Very pleased to see further focus on cash/expenditure control - think new FD instrumental in this. Overall very positive - still a small company so there will be issues but absolutely heading in the right direction in a market that benefits humanity

Devastating.

Disappointing decline in SP once again despite seemingly good progress. The future of this company i.m.v will depend on the FD's ability to make sure they only enter into contracts that are profitable, control cost and preserve cash. I took an absolute bath on another AIM company TRX which had great products and consistently delivered increases in turn-over with rosy promises about the future in a growing market which would have happened if the plonkers in charge (and that is kind) knew how to run a business. This feels the same - if the FD takes a firm grip we will be in for exciting times if he doesn't.....

Then fair, the share options - struck at an ambitious price - bodes well

Consistency in reporting so important - had a TU on 24/10/24 - why no update this year especially give Luce decision and our CEO’s new dual role. From bitter experience often not good news / hope different this time

I think HS and FD make a great double act as far as you could tell from the call and the way company is now being run so I hope he is staying on. He is quite the visionary as well as being a great communicator and having done further research does seem to spread himself across a number of businesses so whilst not an ideal distraction this new Chair role I very much hope he is staying on at eEnergy- looks like he is

How on earth will HS have the time and energy to be chair of a small fast growing raw materials company and also CEO of EAAS during a key time in its growth phase - makes no sense. Seems impressive so a tad concerning. SP reacted well to today’s news re sale of Luceco stake and HS’s new role so things afoot we know nothing of but perhaps TUntomorrow??

Lost a couple hundred thousand so pretty devastated - a lesson in understanding there is never a sure thing

Attended all the AGMs, did all the back ground reading possible, rated management, the products, the opportunity and thought it was a can’t fail business - big lesson learnt at a huge cost

Chair is impressive but otherwise presentation pretty poor - no real impression as to how this business will be turned round but Chair is switched on and may just save the day. New FD too

P&D - even as someone who specialises in loosing money on AIM how many tiddler companies have agreed terms subject to legal agreement with a major over a drill with chance of success of 80%. I have been a big detractor here and joined the EGM attempt but this, whilst of course high risk, is a fabulous opportunity (hard to imagine a better risk) and if it comes off then WH and Bo deserve knighting! We’ll see soon enough just wish I had my old shareholding!

Pleased still in business

Appreciate explanation as to why markets have not grown but why have we seen decline in existing business - how have our competitors fared and why did no one want to buy us. Why has borrowing increased so rapidly

Anyway with new team especially chair hopefully this will prove the low point. Need a strong vision and delivery plan this pm

Sp is now well below the desperate, last gap fund raise many years ago. This despite all the well documented progress

Appreciate there has been a slow down/reversal re growth but even so this can’t be right - what has happened - answers on a post card tomorrow
