Was happy with slow gains given complexity of products but to see a decline which can’t just be down to Trump was a shocker - here to the end though - still feel this could be a lot of fun and rewarding in the years to come but hope we get a full, honest and detailed explanation as to why the unexpected downturn - is there an issue with products, cost of production, competitors

That once again we can't stick to a time-table. Used to love this company sadly reflected by my long- term-share holding. A basic is to hit your reporting time-table - to be consistent and to show all is under control. That clearly is not the case with FD resigning and no institutional buying for some time now. So much promise - seemed well run, right market, great products, patent protection. I know DT has upset and destabilised the world but with production facilities in the US ........

Guess we'll see at the end of the month but the delay has not helped the SP.

Still going strong. SP shoots up on good news and then trends down until next good news. I guess this is a function of the size of this company and the travails with their accounts. But the news has been good, new FD in place and if we get have decent results this should, subject to macro environment, be fun to watch and be a part of in the years ahead. Great business in my view

No. Bought a few more though. Tends to do this - up on news then trends back down when things go quiet. Very confident here - fingers crossed

A more positive note the business has at least managed the decline in numbers reasonably given EBITA so called profit will be same as last year. What do the resignations mean. Got to believe in the new team but goodness the uncertain economic conditions are not going to get better…. New chair seems impressive

Tempted too to divestbut bought far too many shares as they were so convincing about their future. Still feel there is a business there but this is so disappointing. Clear why no one acquired them.

I think they need to raise money to properly underpin the business and should do this sooner rather then later. That $10m loan facility does not have a lot of flex left.

Sure is. Given steady SP rise might there be a suitor or just down to DM selling out and SP returning to where it should have been. In time this will in my view prove a cracking company. Think CEO and FD will make a good team

I appreciate appalling share price limits options but there is a good business here but given failure to sell business at appropriate price should we not swallow bitter pill and raise money even through a rights issue if necessary . Business needs capital.

I am not sure either but it clearly states 0% ( so sure he no longer has a holding of any kind) - we should be notified who bought them shortly.

Big stake in EAAS so a believer and many a poor investment in the past but I believe this company is a cracker - £140m ‘backing’, CEO with a vision, finally a CFO with control and concentration on cash the lifeblood of any SME, LUCE invested in them, the very best business to be in for growth, environmentally, ethically… great things to come in my view

Need to get back to BAU. Timely reports and RNS’s. Last year was bizarre - prolonged SR and huge delay in reporting caused amongst slow down in growth uncertainty. Have been very impressed with team at TRX and hope they get back on track at least with the basics of investor comms
