George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
£4 exit strategy in 2 years? Is that what they've said? Not wanting to be confrontational, I haven't done much reading up on here, just genuinely curious :-)
@washerupper - the 120p target price, is that set for this year? Haven't been doing much reading up lately.
I'm feeling good about this one too. Fingers crossed for a steady rise!
Agreed covgaz, everytime there's been a spike it's turned into a disappointment. I'm feeling more confident with a slow but steady growth.
If my memory serves me correctly it wouldn't be the first time this share has done well in January then dropped again for most of the year.
Surely we deserve a steady increase now?
Jim Jam - I do sometimes wonder what that 'kick up the bum' will look like myself to be honest. That said all numbers in blue are very welcome, especially as the SP seemed a little stagnant recently. I have no idea about the likelihood of any takeovers, but the more deals that TRX sign off independently the better for us I'm sure

I certainly hope so. We're looking to put our house on the market next year. Not in a rush to sell, but any money towards the purchase or any work which needs doing would be very welcome!
A tiny increase I know, but it's in the right direction.
This share seems to do better with no news rather than good news!
Shame that yesterday's rns didn't tickle the SP a bit, but I guess that's to be expected.
I am however, starting to wonder what exactly it will take? I still believe there is a lot of potential still to be tapped into, but the good news we've been getting for quite some time doesn't seem to have much effect
Wow, this is far better than I'd hoped for - and I think you're all right when you say the SP will drop on the back of some fantastic news. That said, if it did result in it being worth multiples of 50p I'm happy to wait!
When you read what TRX's critics say about the product, the main criticism is always around lack of profitability, not the product itself. It would be interesting to see their response to today's news.

I don't think I've every had a dream about a company before, but last night I dreamed that this one totally crashed. I don't believe in fate, so let's put it down to too much wine, and fingers crossed for tomorrow!
Yes, the SP does tend to dip off the back of good news with TRX, which is the complete opposite of what it should do really lol!
Let's see if next week starts a new trend ;-)
I haven't topped up for a while. I'm still confident in TRX, but hoping to put the house on the market next year, so need to redirect my finances.
Fingers crossed for a positive update and a boost to the SP. My shares are currently worth about 10k, so whilst I won't be able to buy somewhere outright (despite being up north), anything towards a decent deposit would be very welcome!
I won't be able to make the presentation, but I'm hopeful of good news. Hopefully it will be reflected in the share price too!
A frustrating stock nevertheless. I'm in the red now, and whilst I still have confidence in TRX, I'm chalking it up to the market in general being flat rather than a poor product.
I just feel as though every single time we have good news - and TBF we've been fortunate enough to have quite a lot, it's never really been reflected in the SP. I'm not sure what will have to happen before we have lift off. Yes, improvement in the global market, just don't know what that looks like.
Izstar - is the trading update due in September?
I know we don't hold shares for entertainment, but this SP is stagnant to the point of being boring. Everytime I go into the black it's only for a short while.
I still intend to hold long term, but my patience is certainly being tested, especially after all the positive news we've had this year
Thanks for posting Chilting, a very interesting read. These certainly look pretty aggressive, so I'm quite pleased that they only appear to be going for companies whose patents are coming to an end. I'm not sure they'll be interested in TRX just yet, but I'm willing to bet we're on at least one company's radar.
Nice trade of over £10k this morning. Hopefully it will start to gain a bit of momentum because this share ain't half dragging its heels!
I hope so - I'm back in the red!
