GordonB - you have clearly bought in in the last couple of days and are hoping for a quick profit. Good luck, there is nothing wrong with that.
However, over the years STX has had placings at 150p, 30p, 6p and recently at 8p. Many experienced investors have been burned by this company and CEO broken 'promises'.
I think many LTHs would be quite happy to have an average of 5p.
Apologies if that is harsh, it was aimed purely at those putting a spin on it for their own agenda. I have been stung myself and sympathise with any genuine holder
The gap between the US and UK valuation needs bridged asap, again the US REMAINS AT .566 that’s .445 in the UK yet we are at .175.
Ignore the depressed losers who got stung here at 5p t he y will see their money returned but for now they try to stave off new investors
£25k buy just gone through - first of many shorts closing maybe
tomorrow will be interesting :)
1.7 burst! In auction now
Still 200% in US! Flat from yesterdays rise
Good work GB! The mkt is always slow to catch up. Bet if US was down we'd be tanking right now.
US .0566 GBP EQV 0.044 yet we are 0.0165….. go figure! The us value this as it should be
Short squeeze must commence, Us holding strong! This should not be down under 4p really! Metrics are stronger than they were at 5p. Oversold on the back of a data blip
Now no.3 on leaderboard. Looks like the shorts are sh**ting themselves!!

Now a huge disconnect between the US price, it opened flat which means t he 200% jump remains
It’s only 2.30 Alan! Give it time, US up 200%!!!!
It was 3 times higher than this just a couple of months ago and they seem to have done so well since that drop, you would think this would have gone a lot higher today. It looks like an absolute solid company which is rare on LSE
Had my fingers and toes burnt too many times… as tempting as it may be, I’m not buying anymore…. even if I knew it was another 50% tomorrow. However, I may think about it once I recoup some losses !
Up to No.5 in today's top share risers and still climbing , 50% and it will be No1
Well done to those who didn't sell, still time to buy.
Think the key difference between the Feb update and the one today is:
Total U.S. Accrufer® prescriptions increased to c. 77,000 in 2023 and totalled c. 28,800 in Q1 2024
So basically they sold in Q1 24 just under what they sold in half year of 2023. Effectively doubling their sales.
Should hop now we are climbing the leaderboard! This is hugely undervalued atm
1.67 to buy atm
200% up in the US 18 here… someone in the us was happy to pay a monumental premium so expect a lift past 2 if t he y open strong again
@smyths Yes it went blue before yesterday's close, engines started, and today we have lift-off!
I hope you are happy now :) lol
Yeah, the smart traders will be in and out long before the risk of getting caught out but the rest will be burnt and you can be damn sure Greg won’t even have an ounce of contrition for his actions.
I also suspect that’ll be the time the directors buy in which they will think ‘softens the blow’
HarChris
You are spot on with your observation. Plenty of new investors to lure in to facilitate their next placing. In the mean time few champion traders will trade to earn some quick bucks I suppose.

I'll be honest and say I very, very nearly bought shares today during the meeting. Not because I believed a word they were saying but because the talk was strong enough to likely convince some that this is a bargain and to therefore see a share price rise.
If you ask me their tactic is a straight forward fake it til you make it, aiming to boost the share price through this quarter and then raising as much as possible through a placing. That will give them one last bite at the cherry to make a success of this.
Optrade.......so it didnt "rocket" or go red.
Your a prize clown.
How long are you invested here?
